My initial doubts flew out the window after I spoke to their amazing staff! They helped me with all my worries and assured me well while being extremely patient and polite with me which I was so grateful for. I recommend them because it is so easy to decide on a plan and the process was easy.

We had this insurance for 18 months before trying to catch up on some regular screenings. Wed called four providers and none of them accepted...they hadn't even ever heard of it. This whole time we thought we had coverage. I can't imagine the financial pain we'd be in had we had a real emergency under this plan.

Dont use this health insurance.! They rip you off! Had a mild heart attack and then they dropped me like a rock! Said they would rescind all my payments which should have been about $ 12,000 back to me. They sent $2099. That's it! Please save yourself a lot of frustration DONT USE PIVOT HEALTH!

Offers very little coverage for $160 monthly fee. Will try to deny you for pre-existing condition!

We've waited for months for our claim to be processed, and every single time we reach out to them, it's another excuse. The change the requirements every single time we get a hold of them. Customer service is absolutely horrible. STAY AWAY from them. Not worth the smaller premiums.

Don't cover what they say. They sit on claims for 8 months and had to pay out of pocket to see my doc because Pívot didn't process or pay their end. The agent CHRISTIAN is a scammer and is never available. I payed a full year of coverage but not renewing I have another provider.

Thank you JEFF for taking the time to explain to me my first time signing up for healthcare in the middle of coverage. You explained very well, were fast and did not delay in answering my questions. His extension is 0163 for whoever needs a solid guy to help with insurance!

My wife had this fake insurance for about 6 months. During the last 4, the doctor's office submitted claims for weekly services, initially using the claims address printed on the insurance card. No response, so the office and I called Pivot (4 hours on hold) and were told that that address is wrong, please resubmit to address #2. We did. No response. I called again and was told that address #2 was wrong, please resubmit to address #3. The office did so. No response. Then my wife went to the emergency room for a severe hand laceration. The hospital submitted a claim, and later told us we had no insurance. During this entire period, address #1 was still listed as the correct claims address on the Pivot website.

Paid month after month of premiums and got absolutely nothing in return except outrageous medical bills! So exasperating!

They keep taking or keeping money they owe me. I had to wait a month for a refund and now they've taken another charge after I cancelled.

I receive my bill at my email but when I try to login with that email it's says it doesn't exist. So how can that be. We will see if they reply to this. I am not one to do reviews actually this is the second one I have ever done.

They don't pay their bills. They claim everything is a pre-existing condition and deny your claim. Please read the policy very carefully. If your Dr. is out of PPO don't buy... they won't pay. If they can find a reason they won't pay... SCAM stay away.

I was encouraged to get this plan by my agent with details on their more reasonable premiums and service and in network providers.(( I wanted to give ZERO STARS but only could do one star)
I moved to this company of pivot health under umbrella of cigna which has nothing to do with this underwriter. Pivot health has collected monthly premiums for 2 years and has paid nothing for any visit whether it be wellness dr visits or procedures. I had colonoscopy 8 months ago and they still not paid a dime. My agent told me there were be less than 500 out of pocket expense and I have paid over 6,000 dollars already to the facility dr pathology anesthesia lab med surgical supplies Pivot health is the worst company on this planet they never respond to claims. I cannot even get on their website! They keep making change password so many times and still no access I also tried mobile app and you cannot access any claim information I NEVER RECIEVED AN E-O-B FROM THIS COMPANY because they never pay anything and ignore providers enough so they end up directly billing me. I call these providers begging them to resubmit and pivot health never answers them back. I am ready to report them to my state for misrepresentation and fraud I will stand by this statement because I have the proof of all these statements that I had to pay over last 2 years I blame my lousy agent for recommending this company and pivot health for being a piece of crap of a company. So to summarize: collecting premiums with service, no contact, no EOB of claims no service, no respond or return calls for help and non payment of claims you can say your sorry but sorry does not pay all these bill for wellness care preventative care I am nervous if I ever get sick and use this policy that I have. I cannot even print out proof of insurance card!
