This website and adorable clothes and the worst customer service I can possibly imagine. I had to pay for shipping for a dress that arrived a day later than it was supposed to. It did not fit so I had to call, get an RA number, PAY shipping to return it and because this process did not happen within 14 days, I had to accept a credit instead of a refund. They would not consider a refund to my card and I was out almost $50 for shipping back and forth! DO NOT USE THIS SITE - if you have a problem, they will be of no help to you.

The clothing is awful quality, the sizing is not accurate whatsoever, and customer service sucks. Don't waste your time and money.

I sent back a dress and have yet to receive a refund. They really should switch to no returns if they aren't going to refund any money. They are a scam, don't buy from them.

I have been a long time customer of Pinup Girl Clothing online, but not anymore. I ordered a Medium-sized dress after having taken my measurements and comparing them to the online measurements. When the dress arrived I couldn't even zip it. I took out a tape measure and the measurements determined it was an XS. I called the company to let them know their online measurements for this dress are WAY off and asked if they'd refund shipping since this was truly the fault of the company for not having accurate measurements posted online. They have a ridiculous return policy: 14 days! So I paid $20 to ship it and in the end they refused to refund shipping, saying their QA department said the size chart matched the dress size. Even after calling and complaining to a manager, they didn't care one bit that they were losing a long time customer. Also note that this is not a BBB-accredited company and there are lots of other negative reviews out there, especially regarding their return policy and customer service. Very unfortunate as the clothes are very nice.

I totally agree with all the ladies on this site. I ordered a dress for the first time and looked at the size chart. I figured I was a XL. When I received the dress it wouldn't zip up more than a third up my back. So I quickly sent it back priority mail, since the return policy is ridiculous and ordered a bigger size. When the bigger size came, which was bigger than any other piece of clothing in my closet, it still only went up a third of my back. Yet again, I contacted them to complain. They said, "Oh, we don't do misses sizes. You should read the size chart." I responded with "I did read the size chart and I wasn't referring to misses sizes." No response. When I received my refund for the first dress, they took an extra 8.25 off because they had to ship it to me in the first place. From that point on, I decided to NEVER order from them again. I told them so in an email with no response.
They do not care about their customers. I'm really bummed because I think the clothing is so cute on this site, but I don't dare try buying something again for fear it would not fit and then I would be out the costs of shipping and whatever other money they decide to take from me.

Pinupgirlclothing has the worst Customer Service I have experience in years. The arrogance and careless Attitude of the Person I had to deal with was unacceptable. Besides her Lack of listening she constantly interrupted me and referred to the companies Return policy which I think is the most ridicilous I have ever Seen. It is a Money maker for the Company if One is not fast enough or has not read the Return policies you are out of Luck. You will get a Store credit sind younwill be Stuck. I am overseas and it took the Package to arrive 13 days, yet, the Company Expected the Package to be back by a certain day which was impossible to accomplish from My location. Granted, After another complaint, I received an Extension which was still not enough to send the items back in time; i had to spent $52.00 to Sent it express and hopefully I will get My money back. Don't order there! Very unfortunate, because they offer some nice Things, but it is not Worth the headache dealing with their Unprofessional Customer service and them Riding the "Read the small print" and " you agreed to our Return Policy" when you Ordered. Don't Do it.

I AM EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISSATISFIED.

So far I've ordered well over $5,000 I'm the past 18 months. I have experienced endless struggles with fulfillment:

-I have waited months and months for specific trousers and this is not the first time this year that I have ordered some thing from you and waited months and later told it is out of stock when I was told in stock items are pulled and held until the preorder came in only to be told what should have been held since it was PAID for that the item was never actually held in the first place.

- the wrong item item sent several times

-been shorted twice and had to prove I was by producing the hand written note on the packaging slip because I was denied being shorted

-been sent dresses I didn't order on two different orders that I then had to return

-been sent the wrong item through a Route claim and then told I can't have the correct one even though I had nothing to do with the fulfillment

-had mass cancellations of preorders

-had SEVERAL emails completely unanswered

-had emails answered with promised action but no actual action taken requiring me to go through the process all over again wasting hours of my time

-been told I was sent an item already that was actually a preorder that wasn't even produced yet and couldn't have been shipped

I am fully dissatisfied and feel that the company is not doing enough to support fulfillment, doesn't keep its word and has shoddy customer service.

PUG is literally the WORST company I have ever dealt with.

I have ordered from PUG before. The process is exhausting and the sizing on their site is questionable. I have actually only kept one dress I ordered, but had to send others back for incorrect fit. But I am a 'forgive and forget' person, so I chalked it up to my body type and learned from the incident.
The most recent incident has made me vow NEVER to shop there again, as well as to post as many negative reviews as I can.
I ordered the Monica dress in white, and according the size chart, an extra small should have fit me. It finally arrived, and it didn't fit. So, I got a return authorization to exchange it for a small. Believe all the reviews about the returns process with this company... it is lengthy and ridiculous. Most online shops have free shipping /free returns. But not this company.
Anyway... they finally received the dress, that I had to pay shipping on to return to them. They told me it was unreturnable due to some very small makeup smudges on the inside of the dress, but for $8, I could pay to have it shipped back to me. They did send pictures of two VERY SMALL make up smudges that they made no attempt to remove. So I am out roughly $190! They offered no partial refund!

I think it is deplorable to make money this way, as I am sure they will resell the dress. If I had been in the brick and mortar store, and tried the dress on and gotten a smudge of makeup on it... it would have gone right back on the rack. They assured me they tried to remove the stains... but I highly doubt it... and the pictures don't suggest any treatment was done.
I could understand if the dress had been ripped, or stained so badly... but it wasn't. And this is something that happens when people try on dresses in a dress store. And to not offer at least a partial refund is poor business practice. DO NOT BUY from them. In this day and age... they need to have a better return/shipping/refund process. This is a company that sells dresses twice to make money.

I will never buy from your website again, if I could leave negative reviews everywhere so nobody had to deal with your horribke business ever I would. I have been waiting, you've had the package, the dress I'm returning since November 28th and have yet to return my money (as of December 26th) The way you go about business, how long it takes for returns and the timelines the costumers has to abide by in order to get a return are ridiculous. But than you turn around and take as long as you want to return the money back, this is after having to spend 14 dollars to ship the item back to you so it would get back on time because, again you have a ridiculous time frame for returns. I was extremely unhappy with the product, I even will go that is false advertisement to show the garment on the models without disclosing that they are wearing corsets or shaping underwear, because the dress does not do what it says it does. To than have to deal with all the afor mention, to say I am disappointed is an understatement, and with all that said I might have to go through the bank in order to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN, THE WORST.

Worst service I have ever received. All they care about is taking your money. I purchased over $500AUD worth of clothes. I went out of my way to check the Australian boarder imports and taxes which has to be under $1000AUD which it is. They have put on my invoice the incorrect amount I paid (as items were discounted) and refuse to send an amended invoice through to customs for me (as they will only accept it from sender - not my receipts). With the incorrect amount the total adds to $1002AUD. This is costing me an extra $300AUD for there mistake which they refuse to help me with, when my goods are under $1000AUD. I have been waiting for my package for over two weeks and no one has attempted to contact me about it until I have questioned where it is to find this out. PLUS PUG told me If the item gets returned they will take the amount of taxes it costs to return the item back to them resulting me with baisically NONE of my money back! ABSOLUTE THEIVES! I will NEVER shop with Pinup Girl Clothing EVER AGAIN!

I wish I could rate this company - 0 stars, they are thieves, and this was one of the most traumatic shopping experiences in all my years of shopping. For several years I had my eye on a particular gown from this company but it was out of stock for a long time. One day I noticed it was back and I jumped on it. The problem was I wasn't sure what size I was so I ordered two sizes. That was my fatal mistake. I returned the dress that did not fit. Months went by, I contacted this company several times and got no response. I felt like I had been robbed. Eventually months later I started getting responses to all my messages in order. It was as if no one read the messages for months and they read them all at once. I got identical responses that they were working diligently on my refund and they were sorry for the delay. Sorry for the delay of months? The return policy said 7 to 14 days for a refund to be processed. I was livid. They asked me if I wanted a merchandise credit for more than what I paid, as if that would make up for it! The last email I sent to them was a threat that I was going to file with PayPal if I didn't hear back from them. I did file with PayPal before they replied to me and all of a sudden I started getting emails from them apologizing and telling me they wanted to make it right. I did not reply to any of those emails and within a few days I got a refund and an apology from PayPal. I honestly think if I had not used PayPal I never would've been refunded and they would've stolen my money. Now I can't even enjoy the dress I wanted for years and purchased. Every time I look at it I have negative feelings toward it because of where it came from. This company is a nightmare, DO NOT purchase from them unless you want to be ignored and robbed of your hard earned cash. There are many other companies that treat their customers with respect and act like a legitimate business. Do not, I repeat do not purchase from this company! As a side note, former employee who sued her left and has her own company now, Vixen clothing and I purchased something from her and the experience was wonderful. Her clothing is pretty much the same but it's much better quality and much better made and her customer service is highly responsive and extremely helpful.
