Hard to believe that after spending thousands of dollars, you are no longer good enough to spend your dollars at a company. After many years of support and positive experiences, this place has taken a nose dive and no longer values customers. I expressed serious dissatisfaction with the rudeness, lack of customer service, and quality of their products last November. This was met with no explanation or apology, just snarky push back from this woman who is an "admin" on their Facebook group. Now, months later, I am kicked out of the group. Why? Because I disagreed with the owner on this forum. The owner refers to herself as "Supreme Overlord". That right there should have been a red flag. She just posted this video, sobbing about bullies, saying she was closing the store down for good. Well, guess what! I'm the panic dog closing, her poor customers must've all bought enough of her poor quality product to keep the lights on! She's not closing! What a scam. This isn't just my personal dissatisfaction. Tons of customer service, quality, and complaints about how rude and miserable the owner is have been coming to light more and more. Just look at that lawsuit with her former employee (which is public, btw). Laura is a con artist and I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere - unless you feel like being "curated".
