Hard to believe that after spending thousands of dollars, you are no longer good enough to spend your dollars at a company. After many years of support and positive experiences, this place has taken a nose dive and no longer values customers. I expressed serious dissatisfaction with the rudeness, lack of customer service, and quality of their products last November. This was met with no explanation or apology, just snarky push back from this woman who is an "admin" on their Facebook group. Now, months later, I am kicked out of the group. Why? Because I disagreed with the owner on this forum. The owner refers to herself as "Supreme Overlord". That right there should have been a red flag. She just posted this video, sobbing about bullies, saying she was closing the store down for good. Well, guess what! I'm the panic dog closing, her poor customers must've all bought enough of her poor quality product to keep the lights on! She's not closing! What a scam. This isn't just my personal dissatisfaction. Tons of customer service, quality, and complaints about how rude and miserable the owner is have been coming to light more and more. Just look at that lawsuit with her former employee (which is public, btw). Laura is a con artist and I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere - unless you feel like being "curated".

This company is a joke. I bought a swimsuit, didn't love it - returned it. It took 10 DAYS to get from Kalamazoo, MI to Indianapolis, IN. It arrived and then it took them days to even register that it was returned. Then it took them over a week to process the "e gift card" even though their website says 3 business days to be processed. During the time it took me to wait for the e-gift card, the swimsuit I wanted sold out. Fine. I picked a new one. It came and even though I ordered two sizes LARGER than my normal size, it was TINY. So I have to send a suit back AGAIN. Spoke to a customer service representative - and she agreed because of the inconvenience she would give me free over night shipping ( I was leaving for vacation #1 of 2 in 2 days). That was nice. Well, the day comes for me to leave and no swimsuit. I call and they said there was an internal billing issue (I know what it was - the customer service rep who placed my order over the phone didn't charge me tax, so I am sure it looked suspicious - but NOT MY PROBLEM!). The manager, maybe his name was John? I wrote it down but can't find it. He had no remorse whatsoever. I asked him for store credit, a refund - SOMETHING... and NOTHING. They have to have the item to process the return. So the swimsuit arrived after I left for vacation. I come home, open it up and the swimsuit bottom is there... but NO TOP. They sent a GIANT NIGHTGOWN. I am livid. I have never been so angry with a company. They have $156 of my money and I HAVE NO SWIMSUIT. This is failure provide the goods and services that are promised with monetary payment. I gave them a scenario: Say this is a restaurant. I order a burger and they bring out a burrito. The restaurant would not expect me to pay for the burrito. Do you want to know their reply? We are a swimsuit company, not a restaurant. WELL DUH. THAT'S NOT THE POINT. So now I have to return ANOTHER package to them and WAIT for my refund. This place is a JOKE. Do not buy. There are so many size inclusive brands now. Forget this place.
