I've already bought lenses from PP several times and I wasn't ever dissapointed! The have many lenes with preciption which for me is great, I have really bad eyesight and I can find model of any colour lenses that I want

I very much enjoyed these lenses. I got multiple pairs and they all fit comfily and worked well. The coloring came through great and I was able to use them for all of my cosplays.

I bought the "Bambi grey" lenses and never got my order. I used my Paypal account and the address on it (which I frequently use to buy stuff online and never had any issues with it). I noticed more than a month later that I never got anything so I contacted them. They just told me that I had given them the wrong address when I "typed it in" because it only showed my name, city and country. That made no sense because I had used my Paypal and everything was right in it. Not only that but I also had a confirmation email showing my right address from them. I told them this but they still blamed me for it. I guess the lenses got sent back to them and they wouldn't ship them back to me. They wanted me to pay a fee and more money to be sent to me again. Oh and they took FOREVER to answer my emails.
By this point the PayPal 45 days thing was long expired so I couldn't put in a dispute. This was my first and last buying from this shop. I usually buy circle lenses from another place and juat wanted to try this store (that's the reason why had forgotten I had ordered anything). I know a lot of people really like Pinky Paradise (it was the reason why I tried buying from them) BUT to me it was juat a big scam.
Dear Kim, If I were in your place, I would feel the same way as you do. Sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your complaint will be heard and not taken for granted.
