In Canada we aren't allowed to order certain contacts so I have to search elsewhere for bold prescription color contacts. The search was not easy. PinkyParadise helped me to find the best pair of color contacts that fit me. They had suggested a couple of different kinds and then I made a purchase. I never once regret it (Order #: *******). They have amazing customer service skills, competitive prices, speedy service/shipping, and superior contact lenses. I absolutely love their contacts especially their EOS Dolly Eye Blue (yearly). I wear these daily and even multiple times during the day. They are extremely soft and comfortable. I always feel comfort more often than discomfort. I also combine it with the perfect hydrogen peroxide contact solution. Everywhere I go I always get noticed because I am Chinese (rarely you see a Chinese woman with freaky blue eyes that don't look real). I always praise PinkyParadise for their remarkable prescription yearly contact lenses and want to tell the world where to get awesome contacts like these. Exceptional job PinkyParadise! I've been buying lenses from pinky paradise for nearly 2 years now, and I've been met with customer satisfaction every single time. I've often had people stop me in the streets or at conventions and ask me where I get my lenses from, and I always point them towards Pinky Paradise, highlighting the fact that you offer lenses with prescription. I'm from the UK so that's something I've struggled to find.

I had one dispute previously where my order was cancelled but I was unsure why. I contacted the company through email and was promptly told it was due to payment cancellation from my bank account, so I was able to reorder them soon after.

Shipment has always been on time and packaging has meant that the lenses stay intact.

The contacts I bought were absolutely stunning. I wore them on my birthday and everyone complimented them. My friends all say that even though gray is a very unnatural color it blended very well with my eyes and it made it look natural. I will definitely be purchasing from pinky paradise again. Not only do the contacts look amazing, they are great quality. They came with my prescription and were so comfortable I felt like I got lasik and could see without anything on. The shipping was not that long but it also wasn't super fast. They came right on the predicted date. Inside there was a little note that told me to enjoy my contacts and told me the name of the person that checked them to make sure there was no damage. I thought that was exceptionally thoughtful and responsible on their end. It made me feel like they really respect their customers and want them to have the best experience possible. I most ordered there because they have beautiful contact lenses but not just that: D

Positive: I love the design from the site and I never have issues except the last order in November with one of my contact lense. But they had cared about what I said, and the issue was quickly resolved! So I really appreciated the customer service. Otherwise, the events are very good and fun sometimes! My contact lenses picked was often comfortable, and very nice! They also give present with the order like free contact lenses box, and last time I had more.

To be improve: The shipping is slow, I always received it around 3-4 weeks for France and it's normal because of the price :) You can choose another shipping than the less cheaper. Sometimes it's difficult to communicate or to be understood with the custome service but they are patient.
Somes lenses I had the luck to wear (it's different from each I think) for several hours, sometimes it makes my eyes red and it'll sting.
