I ordered a pair of dolly lenses for an upcoming convention. I added my free Elamis to the basket, went to checkout, lost my net connection and the Elamis had disappeared from my basket after the payment had gone through. I messaged customer services and explained to them what had happened and they fixed the issue for me and added the Elamis I'd chosen, back into my order.

The order itself got here in under a week from Malaysia (I am in the UK) and was very securely packaged. The contents of the small package were all present and correct.

The products themselves are of superb quality and are very comfortable to wear. I love my new contacts. Thank you Pinky Paradise!

The site was great, easy to purchase from and I love how they also have alot of prescription lenses and also lenses for astigmatism. I found my 'Venus Eye Bright Red' very comfortable. I used them in one eye in the photo and even on brown eyes they look great and stand out.

So I had order (#*******) a pair of purple lenses and a pink and purple wig and I really love them. Their prices are so cheap than other sites and their products are so good and qualitative. Their products are arrived fast like 20 days, and also they have worldwide delivery. The first order have free delivery and I think that's pretty nice. About lenses, they have a good quality and they have so many colours and patterns, also you can find yearly lenses or for 3 months or daily lenses. The most of them are so comfortable and all of them are soft lenses. They re arrived in small bottles and that's safer. The wigs are pretty nice for their prices. The material is good and it doesn't look like a cheap wig. Also, when you order a wig, this will come with a brush, a wig cap and a wig stand.
Sincerely I really recommend this site, it's safe to pay and their products are so so nice. I think is one of my favourites sites :))

Pinky Paradise has such a wide of lenses. They sell a wide range of colours and prescriptions (they sell more lower prescription lenses than other site I've encountered).

I've been buying lenses for a few years now. I'll always buy coloured prescription lenses from this site (as they have -0.50 prescriptions in some of the lenses I want).

Pinky Paradise also has great sales throughout the year, a site that's easy to navigate, and a reward system.

I bought Vassen Dolly Plus Red lenses (Order #: *******) in 2017 and I was very satisfied with both site service and the product. Customer support kindly answered my questions, ordering was easy and lenses were timely shipped, and price is really affordable. Recently I ordered the same lenses together with my friends order, which is a nice way to lower your shipping price, and again everything went well again.

I would really recommend this site as well as these lenses, they look great!

Their customer service is very poor. I had made a mistake on my order and contacted them right after I realized it(which was one to two days after) It took them two to three days to respond telling me they already shipped it. It took them another about another week to show me my tracking number. I tried contacting them again asking them about returning and it took them almost five days to respond. They didn't even respond to the first email I sent before the five days passed. I emailed them twice after, then I finally got a response. I haven't received my package yet so I can't review the lenses. But all I have to say is that their customer service is horrible. Not to mention, they don't even tell you when your package has been shipped. You have to log onto your account to see if it has or not.

I don't question the authenticity of their products; however, their customer service is poor. An error was made on the shipping address, so my order ended up halfway across the country and is currently stranded there.

I contacted pinkyparadise regarding the possibility that they authorize FedEx (the shipper) to reroute the package to my correct address, but they have not responded to either my emails or FedEx reps who have been trying to contact them. In a few days, FedEx will return the package back to pinkyparadise and I will request for a refund and never order from them again.

I was pretty skeptical about this website but I had read quite a few positive reviews so I decided to try it. However, I ordered the G&G Shinny Aqua (known as Puffy 3 tone) more than a month ago (11/29/14) and when I check my parcel status it says it was accepted in Germany on December 5th and has not changed since... It is now almost the new year and I still have not received my package nor know anything about where it is. Extremely upset and not even sure if I will receive my package. I'm normally a patient person but I've never had to wait THIS long for a package from overseas. Very disappointed. Follow your instincts, save your money, don't buy from this site.

I have terrible eyesight, but love costumes and cosplays! It was difficult to find prescription sclera contacts that didn't cost a fortune. PinkyParadise was the least expensive and had great reviews - Turns out they were totally correct! My scleras came in great condition, and work perfectly. Thanks for helping me win 3 costume contests this Halloween!
