Their customer service is very poor. I had made a mistake on my order and contacted them right after I realized it(which was one to two days after) It took them two to three days to respond telling me they already shipped it. It took them another about another week to show me my tracking number. I tried contacting them again asking them about returning and it took them almost five days to respond. They didn't even respond to the first email I sent before the five days passed. I emailed them twice after, then I finally got a response. I haven't received my package yet so I can't review the lenses. But all I have to say is that their customer service is horrible. Not to mention, they don't even tell you when your package has been shipped. You have to log onto your account to see if it has or not.
