Excellent site for procuring any color and size of contact lenses you desire! I've tried multiple sites for buying quality colored circle lenses but Pinky Paradise has proven to be my favorite. It has the most variety of lenses and even an element of affordability with its generous share of free shipping deals. Being practically blind and astigmatic as well, I found it was a bit easier to find my prescription here than it was on other sites.The site's demand for a prescription letter photo prior to purchase also places an emphasis on the user's safety and I really appreciate that. Cosmetic beauty shouldn't be attained at the cost of one's eyesight.

Ordered a set of Geo Princess Sesame lens that suppose to come with animal lens case. Pinky Paradise admitted that they forgot to send the animal lens case with my order but refuse to correct their mistake. They want me to pay additional shipping for the lens case. Why should I pay for additional shipping for something that they forgot to put in the package? Their Customer Service is extremely rude and stated that there is nothing they can do for me unless I pay them again for their mistake. This fraudulent company is based in Malaysia and doesn't follow business ethics. Don't order from them.

I giggle every time I share the site name with friends but I have been blown away order after order with the price and quality of everything I've recieved. When I ended up with one lens (out of many in one particular order) that was the wrong prescription, customer service made it right and sent me a replacement without any hassle. I would never use another site for my contacts now that I'm a loyal PinkyParadise customer. I LOVE how they show the lenses on different eye colors so you can truly appreciate how they'll look when you receive them.

I've purchased a few pairs of lenses with prescription as i can't find them in my country and I swear they are just perfect! Comfortble, fits perfectly on my eyes, and they also came with tiny cute cases. Simply the best! I often make purchases with my friends for cosplay, and this is our favourite place to get them from. I've never encountered any problems with the parcels, I sometimes have to wait a bit longer for them to arrive, as our delivery company is sometimes slow due to the amounth of parcels that they have to sort #*******

Ive been ordering with them for years now. Their new updates on the site sucks. It keep messing up. You have to provide proof of prescription. Back before the updates you didnt have to. I do understand that they need proof but they made it too complicated filling out different things. Their website keeps messing up to. I have to apply my info over and over even though I know I put in everything correctly. Its not like its my first time ordering from them. They dont like to refund you even if its their fault. Processing is forever! However, they have quick replies. The only thing is theyre quick on blaming it on the customer so you wont be able to get a refund. Im still waiting on my contacts since August-September. Their contacts might be cheaper then most websites but its not worth the hassle and headaches. Sad story since Ive been a long time customer. I ordered once a year and ever time its more than 4 pairs. So thats it for my relationship with this website. Game over!

I ordered the Geo xck-105 lenses which in itself was a great product - comfortable and just what I wanted! Their customer service is said to be extremely reliant and fast which is very true. Although I did not have an enquiry or a problem with the product, I had emailed them photos of their wear and care guide which had got me a 5% off coupon code. Their response was almost immediate and I was very satisfied! They have constant promotions running which I definitely recommend everyone to check out as I received a free pair of Geo Elamis lenses which I was very happy to have. Their packaging is extremely appealing and I had no problems whatsoever shopping at PinkyParadise. Their site is extremely reliable and easy to navigate. The customer service and overall support I received from the representativs, especially, Elise was outstanding, personable and very prompt. There was a pair I liked but did not like the blue limbal ring, Elise responded professionally with alternate suggestions. Also their delivery time is very accurate. The quality of the lenses from Pinky Paradise is very good too. I will recommend them to all my family and friends... Kudos to everyone
