“I never knew I could love this much!”

Ann R.
10/9/15

October 8,2015... I had never tried online dating before. Took a chance on pink wink. It was the best move I could have ever made! I met Marilyn and we connected right away! After a couple months of emails and long phone chats, we started to fall in love. We met in person about 3 months after we met on Pink Wink. We went to lunch and 5 hours later, the conversation was still going strong! We did fall in love and we were married on April 27,2013! Thank you Pink Wink for introducing us! We couldn't be happier! By the way, I'm 57 and she is 59, so you can be happy later in life! Ann & Marilyn.

“Can't access and messages don't seem real”

Celia R.

I am a paid member, but I consistently have trouble getting access. I mean almost every time. Also, I receive emails that folks have sent me messages that then do not appear in my messages tab on the site? If they were real messages, or I could search for members by profile name, this wouldn't be so annoying...

Made the mistake of paying for membership. I figured out messages are bogus because you can respond and never hear a word back. Don't waste your time and money.

When you log into pinkwink.com, you get redirected to lesbian.matchmaker.com. I signed up months ago and made this discovery. It seems deceptive to continue to advertise under this name on the web. I can't trust a service like this to pay/subscribe when it's not what you think it is when you first log in. There are many dating sites now run under the same corporate entity to beware... check out who they are affiliated with before falling for them. There is a gay.pinkwink.com for men... go figure.

I thought it was strange when I only received one line emails. The people who responded to my ad were absolutely not what I was looking for. I responded to one email and I never heard from her. Probably because she didn't write me. I received emails everyday but did not respond. A year after I joined, I began to receive emails from the same people again, including the one who never responded when I wrote back. I finally knew it was fake.
I've received no emails or sparks for the past week. I can no longer sign on. So, guess they have moved on to their next scam. Just a waste of time and money.
The worse part is it is disappointing when you ate trying to met someone.

Besides receiving the bogus computer generated messages from other members like everyone else here has complained of, most all of the messages I received were time-stamped two or three hours AHEAD OF THE TIME I was reading it!
Either I've entered a time portal a few hours into the future, or Pinkwink is complete horse$#*!! They need to be shut down.

Basically what everyone is saying. They'll send you auto generated messages/emails to entice a naive person to pay to see the messages. I didn't have a single picture or write up on my profile yet received several messages/emails a day. I've been on plenty of other sites to know that people don't just message you unless you have information in your profile. Why would they? It's ridiculous that this type of dishonesty is allowed or maybe it isn't... still trying to find out where to complain that will make a difference to possibly get them shut down.

I agree with what everyone is saying about generated emails. Ever notice that this site is the same as Zoosk and Seniorsoulmates?

Deceptive, sneaky, awful site. Your regular Inbox will show messages claiming that people have contacted you but in fact you will find that you have received only automated emails from Pink Wink. Your Pink Wink Inbox will show one-line emails supposedly sent to you by members but these messages are generated automatically. The search engine does not work. It repeatedly displayed members hundreds of miles outside my geographical range. Robots answer your messages. I have been trying to get my money back and I get only auto-generated responses. Don't waste your time or money.

It says its free, you put in your data and then you can't see messages or correspond with anyone with paying. You can send messages but no one can get them. Not to mention half of the interested parties are men! What are they doing on a Pink Wink site? Really terrible.

This site is horrible, they send out phony messages all the time which to me is obvious but some don't know any better so they think you're interested in them! In order to read a message you have to pay for it, WTF is that all about? I wrote them about it and that's just how it is, they are making money off you, they don't give a damn about getting people together. Like me, you may not read the reviews until after you joined it, but if you have move on to something else. I intend to get rid of this site and never go back.

This company is a complete scam. Everything everyone has stated they do, happened to me. The only reason i paid the fee was because i thought people were contacting me. Come to find out that it was just generated emails. And my suspicions were confirmed when i had friends message me on the website like they were interested. I have filed a BBB complaint in regards to getting my money back. A company like this should not be in business. I even requested a refund because i could tell within 2 days it was not legit but they denied that.

Ok so I will try to make this short and sweet. 10 months ago I get on the site. 3 days into it, Im chatting abit, just having fun. I decided I wanted to branch out from those they tried to hook me up with.So Im checking out some pictures and profiles. Kept going back to this one woman. Amazing picures, amazing profiles! Wrote her afew paragraghs, wanted to just give her a shout out. Well, its been 9 months, we are still together. Heres the funny thing. She lives in NH, I in CT. Dont get me wrong, the distance is tough. But life has a way of working out the kinks. I cant image, at this point, what my life would be like without her.The moral of my story... Dont stick with who they are or arent setting you up with. Branch out on the site and do it yourself. After all, you know you the best. Good luck ladies!

It says that it's completely free to sign up, yet it says I have to pay money to see who sent me a message! How am I supposed to get in contact when I can't even view their message? Utterly ridiculous, and a huge scam

Pink wink sends you random emails from other members showing interest, when you contact these people they did NOT send the email. I have even check the "Who has viewed you" button and it will showed they have viewed you, when they in fact HAVE NOT! Then you look like an idiot contacting these people and they have no clue that you got a fake "interest" email from them... I was a gold member but dropping it now.
And to add insult to injury Gold members have to tolerate tons up pop up ads and a banner that pops up and makes your page jump everytime you change the page your looking at. This had potential to be one of the best lesbian dating sites, but clearly greed is going to ruin their reputation.
