LOVE this company. Yes, they did hit me up for the big time program. I called customer service and that young man was the greatest--he was Spanish speaking and what a great employee! They paid for shipping back.
I ended up buying multiple beginning programs in addition to the French I had purchased. I will buy more. I love them.
My advice, get that young man and be firm with them and buy all the beginner CDs and go crazy for languages! They are cheap and good!

This mock of a company is nothing more than a SCAM. They will send you a product, but DO NOT keep their word on Cancellng, returns or Refunds.
I am filing a complaint against them with the BBB and will run a story with the local news stations if it will get them shut down and fined that would be the best thing for them.
I called and cancelled back in July... and they have not sent any product but keep debiting my credit card 3 months out. I am contacting every source I can to give them the bad exposure they deserve. I think the Governor should be contacted as well.

MORE BILLING TO CREDIT CARD... I CALL AND STOP ALL PAYMENT TO THEM. BUT THE 995... BUT HERE IS THE DEAL... THIS COMPANY IS SELLING A PRODUCT FROM SIMON&SCHUSTER... THEY OWN THIS PIMSLEUR APPROACH.COM... AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS SAMPLE... THEY HAVE A VERY SMALL BOX WITH A CHECK IN IT AND IF YOU DON'T REMOVE THIS CHECK... HERE THEY COME WITH THE BILLING... AND THEY TELL THE CREDIT CARD PEOPLE YOU ORDER IT... WHAT A SCAM... NOW I DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM SIMON&SCHUSTER'S THIS KIND OF MARKET WILL KILL WEB SALES... HOPE YOU POST THIS...
