My daughter was using picnik and asked me to upgrade for one month for $4.95 several months ago. No problems at that point. Today I checked my online banking and they've charged my account. There is no contact point if you have any questions or issues. All you can do is read about similar issues in their 'Help' section and there seems to be plenty of them. There is no clear cut method for viewing your account and although one of the answers tells you how to 'Cancel', I never could find it. The closest I could find was an opportunity to Delete my account. This site looks like it's run by Google-I would expect better. Hopefully, there will be no more charges to my bank account.
Picnik is a little more robust than google's picasa but to get the extra features you do need to pay for it. But I think it is worth the price especially if you are on the go quite a bit because this way you can edit your photos from any laptop or computer. I use PS CS but the problem is I don't always have my laptop with me. The other big benefit of picnik is you can edit your friends photos while over at their house.
Editing site - I found this great site for simple yet really kool editing. User friendly and fun to play with. One can use any picture and make it into many great pictures of many choices. I find myself using it all the time. Take a moment and check it out.
picnik.com - Picnik.com is awesome photo editing software. It don't even reqire you regester with them. You can upload a photo and start from there. User friendly features are one of this sites greatest assets. On the tec end I have no problem with the software and wil use this software again.
I signed up and it did not do what I wanted. I forgot my password and could not get a new one that would open my account. It directed me to others who had the same complaint plus doubl; e and triple billing. There is no way to communicate with them to cancel. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS SITE!
Two years ago when I opened an account on picnik, I couldn't log in to my account so I opened another account and everything was fine... But I happened to look in my spam folder for Yahoo and noticed they pulled 5 dollars out on the old account that I can't even get to anymore! They have stole from me for over two years and then tell me since I have two accounts, they will only refund me for four months and told me I need to handle this with my Bank! I did nothing wrong here and they treated me like it was all my fault! You would think they would take a peek and see that that old account was never used right? I managed to log in to the old inactive account remove the credit card, then close the account down, then two minutes later I get this email fro Sonia...

Picnik is a wonderful sight for making your pictures come alive! But what they did to me was wrong and they will not acknowledge any wrong doing! They could have offered to extend premium use to my active account but that was far from their minds. I feel cheated and I was.
An excellent site, I use it all the time. Easy for photo-editing. It's almost like photoshop! Completely safe and easy to use. It's ad-free and very simple! No problems here. I Recommend this site.
Great Site - This site is amazing. I use and work perfect. Love it. I edit my picture and work great. You can open your photo wherever they are. This site is great.
I LOVE PICNIK I am a free user and if you know how 2 use editing then you really don't need to pay for it because you can use their free tools just like the ones you pay for you just have 2 get ustah how 2 use the site :) i recommend this site xo
