Two years ago when I opened an account on picnik, I couldn't log in to my account so I opened another account and everything was fine... But I happened to look in my spam folder for Yahoo and noticed they pulled 5 dollars out on the old account that I can't even get to anymore! They have stole from me for over two years and then tell me since I have two accounts, they will only refund me for four months and told me I need to handle this with my Bank! I did nothing wrong here and they treated me like it was all my fault! You would think they would take a peek and see that that old account was never used right? I managed to log in to the old inactive account remove the credit card, then close the account down, then two minutes later I get this email fro Sonia...

Picnik is a wonderful sight for making your pictures come alive! But what they did to me was wrong and they will not acknowledge any wrong doing! They could have offered to extend premium use to my active account but that was far from their minds. I feel cheated and I was.
