I tried this product for the first time using this site. I really enjoyed the experience. Their customer service was beyond reproach. I didn't receive my order the first time, because I think my mailman placed the envelope into the wrong slot. I notified customer service and they sent me out a new batch the next day, no charge.

I placed an order for their MDT Red. After trying the product several times I was very disappointed. I contacted the company and Carson was quick to respond to my email. This company has good products but unethical business behavior. In September 2016 in a panic I bought a lot of one kind of kratom without experiencing the effect. I sent back about $160 worth of kratom and asked for an exchange. All Jesse had to do was tell me that they were too busy now to do exchanges and send back my envelope, which I described in detail. I suggested putting Return to Sender on the envelope and that would have been the end of it. I would still be a customer. I use kratom daily, so I bought a lot of kratom from this company and the sister company, Kraken. But no, I was uncustomered for having too many returns (2 exchanges, including one that was not the product I ordered). He did not return the kratom and blacklisted me so I couldnt buy from at least 2 other sellers.

I am a newbie to their product but so far, in my experience, it seems to be a very good quality product. I ordered two different strains and I am very happy with both. I haven't researched other vendors to closely yet, but Phytoextractum's prices seem to be very reasonable and you can't beat the free priority shipping if you order over $75. If you email them with a question, you'll have an answer back by the next morning. Probably sooner if you email during the day and not at night like I did. And their customer service is EXCELLENT!

I came across phytoextractum.Com online serching to buy kratom. They have wonderful views on their customer service as well as their products. So i plan on buying from the company. Right now I give the company 5 stars. Due to recieveing great customer service as well as a fast email reply back. I will later rate the company again once I get to try the product it self
Stable to me. I like that they sell other things to keep the heat away from them at least for a while. I have been buying kratom for ten plus years. I was surprised they have super indo. I thought it was gone for good. I am so happy to have found them.
It's a real gamble ordering from Phytoextractum. One day receive top-notch kratom from them, but re-order the exact same item just a couple days later and receive something akin to sawdust, "Customer Service" doesn't respond, so my money is gone and I'm without kratom. I guess they think they're so big that they don't care who they burn. So be it.
Received my first order on Monday and discovered the most expensive productI ordered and paid for was missing. Therewere problems with processing the order resulting in the cancellation of the order for this product. It was allegedly combined with the other product I ordered and allegedly mailed. I provided documentation to this company as requested only to dscover just now that a second shipment was processed and shipped today. Problem is I was charged again for both the product and shipping costs. No explanation why.
It's great to have a regular vendor that you can always trust. Such is the case with Phytoextractum. I've been shopping elusively from them, and for good reason: (a.)The quality is good, (b.) the prices are THE lowest out there, (c.) they ship same-day & give Tracking #'s, and (d.) the customer service dept. is responsive. Only one time in all my dealings with them did I get a bad order. But guess what? They *quickly* made good for it -- I mean super-fast. That's the way to go. But I really like that I can reach their customer service easily and they respond literally right away. These are good folks who care.

This is Tony with Phytoextractum, our PR and Customer Relations Manager. I've looked into this situation and this is what I've found. On 9/19/16 at 11:15am PST you emailed our support team to indicate you were missing one of the products you ordered. We responded at 3:43pm and indicated that we can resolve this for you, and we asked to see a photo of your invoice (this is to see which one of our production team members stamped your invoice for approval to ship, so that we can keep human error down). At 12:14am on Tuesday morning, you emailed us with the required photos as asked. At 5:22pm, we emailed you back to inform you that we have reshipped your missing item.
**Please note that we do no store credit card information, thus we are unable to charge a customer without their consent in any situation. **
I verified that the order was setup as a "reship" which means we log into the system as the customer, and place the order as a "money order" payment. Then, we immediately mark the order as "payment received" and it ships out as usual. Since this excludes the use of your bank or credit card, you don't need to worry about being charged twice.
At 6:52 you emailed saying that you were double charged, then you left this review. We followed up with you the following morning at 8:03am on 9/21 confirming that you were not charged since this was a reshipment for a missing product.
I also would like to mention, that we upgraded your shipping to FedEx Overnight in consolation to this human error, which we apologize for. As you can imagine with the ban on kratom in just a few short days, all vendors are overloaded with orders and working 12+ hour shifts to get all customer orders out on time; human error is bound to be made and we apologize.
In short, you were not double charged, and we sent your product back out to you with upgraded shipping.
