I am French speaking, I bought presets on photoserge.com, when I realized that there is a site in French with tutorials on the presets in French I sent an email to the support of his site in dot com to access the French version of his site given my bad English or reimburse me so that I make my purchase on his site in French, so far no response to my request. Does not provide after-sales service, no response, no refund despite its slogan at the time of purchase, flee Check out this site

I recently made a small purchase from this site and when I thought I had finished with PayPal it returned me to my cart. I completed this again, thinking I had missed something, only to find I had been billed twice. They completely ignored my three emails and when I complained to PayPal they thought it was ok for them to do this. As a result, I will no longer do business with either Serge Ramelti or PayPal. This form of fraud, though minimal, should not be allowed. Are there any platforms where these companies can be exposed?
I found Serge thru his Lightroom tutorial on YT ِand it was marvelous to get this knowledge. In the years Serge sent me a lot of emails but it is the only newsletter, which I didn't erase. At this point, I have to say there is a lot of great knowledge that Serge shares with us. I bought one of his bundle recently, and there was an issue with the library. Tried to contact thru form on-site, then by email, and then everything was solved. I recommend that.

I've been using serge's courses for a couple of years now, some free courses and some that I've purchased. I've found the courses very helpful and has not only have they dramatically improved my post processing skills but also helped give plenty of ideas and new skills when out shooting photos. Any occasional issues have always been sorted quickly by Patrik in the support team.
I have bought several items from Serge and his team over the years, but on the last occasion, I got it completely wrong and had to finish up contacting the team. Have bought a lot to courses from Surge in the past but like others it seems this time I got nothing but a receipt. I emailed and initially got great response from Patrik. After some further correspondence he pasted my issue on to the 'It' manager and that's were it all stoped
Emailed Patrik again after a few weeks and got an instant refund so at leased he is doing his job.
Never in the past 5/6 years have I had a problem with this site so conclude it was a bad day.
So much publicity on discount to get you to purchase. Too good a deal but when its paid for the products was not accessibility. It simply says, poor internet connection. Try again. Try it we may, for as many, it simply said... wrong password.! Dodgy business.

I recently bought some presets and then realised I had used the wrong email for my account. I sent a message off to Support and Patrick came back almost straight away and had fixed the problem.

Personally, I've never had any issues with double billing or access to courses as others have said. I've found the courses to be excellent, and indeed, Serge has a very unique talent in suggesting how to make your photo's really pop vs other courses I've purchased. Yes, there are lots of courses out there, lots of free youtube courses also. But between Serge's youtube videos and his courses I've learned a lot and learned how to put pizazz into some of my photo's.

THey promised some software after watching their video. (It was painful because there was a very loud guy in a blue shirt.
The promised items never came. I wrote about 20 emails asking about this, and they ignored every email.

Serge has an excellent workflow in Lightroom and photoshop that make you go from taking pictures to creating images. The courses are so easy to follow and you even get his raw files so you can follow along the course and creating images with the best coach there is.
I would recommend every one who wants to take there photography to the next level to let Serge guide you so you can make world class images from your own pictures.

Serge was disturbing me with so many sales newsletters... I ignored all of them. And then I went inside of his FB group and wanted to present my photo, and he didn't care at all... On Facebook, I posted this picture and the people loved that picture... unfairness. Serge said even my photo is underexposed, it was not exposed but he did underexpose it so that my whole photo was very dark... Then I asked the famous Photograph Joel Sartore (my previous mentor) afterwards, what he thinks about my picture: Looks very nice. Good moment, interesting light.

I bought quite a lot from Serge. His good ideas are to manipulate the photos with Lightroom and to use his presets. My idea was, when I took this picture, how would it be if I use big flashlights with modifier to get even better results than Serge... And I got.. Then he got furious, and my previous mentor the famous Joel Sartore liked my photo... I recommend get from "The Great Courses" the Photography courses of the National Geographic Photographs... You will never find any better courses!
Over the years I have purchased many classes from PhotoSerge and recently focused on Lightroom and Photoshop. My experience has always been amazing from both the photography training perspective and from the customer service perspective. My post-processing has improved drastically in literally days! Patrik, on the support team, has been incredibly helpful as I have made some "out of the box" requests. Frankly, I spend my hard earned money based on customer experience. My experience with PhotoSerge has been outstanding!

I have been following Serge for quite sometime now and i jus love his work... i m proud to learn new and innovative techniques in photography and post processing... i have an awesome teacher from whom i m learning my post processing and dats Serge Ramelli Siri always use his techniques and tips in post processing and have purchased most of his bundles which are amazing value for money... would recommend Serge to d world of photographers for post editing learnings
I recently downloaded Serge's 2020 Toolbox and purchased his associated Lightroom presets. Then I purchased his Fine Arts training series. I purchased the presets as part of this series not realizing they were the same Lightroom presets as the first set. I sent a request to customer service on the weekend and on Monday had a reply that my reimbursement was taken care of. Now that's fast after sales service. Perhaps marketing could make it clearer on the website to identify the presets better.
As a side note, I have learned many new tricks and techniques watching Serge's training programs using Lightroom, Photoshop, and Aurora HDR - all software that I use. I would never pay over $400 USD for this (I'm Canadian, so the cost would be well over $600 CDN for me). But the cost of $27 USD was spot on and I could not resist.

I Paid with PayPal and did not complete my order correctly. I did have and account from a previous order which improved my knowledge heaps. As only PayPal Email arrived I realised that my order had messed up, Went to the site and explained the situation and gave details of payment, Fixed in less than 24 hours, great service, Very Happy,
Well as a beginner of Lightroom and Photoshop and like most people bought and download free presets, brushes, actions etc but even though I'm learning to use both of the above programs I prefer serge. Presets etc. And along with the videos you soon start progressing

I purchased a set of LR tutorial with presets, brush presets and source files. The tutorials were detailed and pointed and the presets made such a difference in my photography. I've bought a few presets / Brush sets from Serge over the years and have never been let down. They are a useful starting point if you haven't got hours to sit in Lightroom.
