Serge has an excellent workflow in Lightroom and photoshop that make you go from taking pictures to creating images. The courses are so easy to follow and you even get his raw files so you can follow along the course and creating images with the best coach there is.

I love Serge's classes and have bought most of his standalone courses and presets, and have left good reviews for them. He teaches me things I never knew were possible in Lightroom, and has great tips on photography in general. With his post-processing techniques, I am able to do things with old photos that take them from good to incredible, and he's gotten me excited about photography again. I will also say that I am very impressed by the free webinars. Yes, of course they are sales pitches, but Serge offers real advice in them, which few other folks do. Usually, you go to the free webinars and the advice is shallow or they promise advice but don't give it. Serge actually shows you how to do some really cool things in his free webinars, which is why I have been willing to keep buying more of his products. Also, his presets are totally worth the money, even if you don't buy the classes. His presets save me so much time and they are so much more useful than presets I've gotten elsewhere. They really help me make my photos way more beautiful than I would have probably thought up without them. I just bought the institute courses and I'm really looking forward to them.

Over the years I have purchased many classes from PhotoSerge and recently focused on Lightroom and Photoshop. My experience has always been amazing from both the photography training perspective and from the customer service perspective. My post-processing has improved drastically in literally days! I am French speaking, I bought presets on photoserge.com, when I realized that there is a site in French with tutorials on the presets in French I sent an email to the support of his site in dot com to access the French version of his site given my bad English or reimburse me so that I make my purchase on his site in French, so far no response to my request. They advertise 30 day money back guarantee. Good luck getting your money back. I have contacted them numerous times with issues installing my purchase, I gave up and have repeatedly requested a refund. So far they seem unwilling to accommodate my request.

I have purchased several courses from this website. Every time I use a site provided discount code, I don't get the discount. In the past I have tried to contact the site and never got a response.
2 weeks ago I purchased a Landscape Master Class using the discount code and was charged the Full price! ($147.00 vs $79.00). I've sent 5 messages asking for a billing correction and it still hasn't been fixed. The two messages I have received from my complaint have said, I'm busy right now I'll work it later. Now to add insult to injury this week, they've lowered the price to $59 dollars!
The courses are pretty good, however, I strongly recommend that people do not purchase the courses Until their support staff becomes more responsive and the discount code issues are resolved. It is clear to me that no one on the other end cares that we pay double and now triple the price we should have for courses.

I recently made a small purchase from this site and when I thought I had finished with PayPal it returned me to my cart. I completed this again, thinking I had missed something, only to find I had been billed twice. They completely ignored my three emails and when I complained to PayPal they thought it was ok for them to do this. As a result, I will no longer do business with either Serge Ramelti or PayPal. This form of fraud, though minimal, should not be allowed. Are there any platforms where these companies can be exposed?
I purchased the preset package as advertised and never received the presets. It shows my credit card was charged for the purchase but no presets. I emailed them without a response and I have asked for a full refund. This guy is a piss-poor businessman and a creek!

I recently downloaded Serge's 2020 Toolbox and purchased his associated Lightroom presets. Then I purchased his Fine Arts training series. I purchased the presets as part of this series not realizing they were the same Lightroom presets as the first set. I sent a request to customer service on the weekend and on Monday had a reply that my reimbursement was taken care of. Now that's fast after sales service. Perhaps marketing could make it clearer on the website to identify the presets better.
As a side note, I have learned many new tricks and techniques watching Serge's training programs using Lightroom, Photoshop, and Aurora HDR - all software that I use. I would never pay over $400 USD for this (I'm Canadian, so the cost would be well over $600 CDN for me). But the cost of $27 USD was spot on and I could not resist.

I highly recommend Photoshop Quickstart. There is so much I have learned from it from making local adjustments, sky replacements and composites all wrapped up into one tutorial.
I really enjoyed the training for replacing the sky. Very clear with lots of examples. I would recommend to everyone.
