Shady practices

Wanted a reasonable phone gps for my daughter's phone. They advertised 29.95. When I went to pay it auto added 2 more products that I didn't want and auto charged me for them for a total of 89.95. Immediately requested my money back. A Fran Terra returned my request that the money will be refunded. It has been 16 days and no refund. Inquired again today, 03/10/21, to see what is going on. Will update if things change for the better or worse.
