Worst customer service I've ever encountered after attempting to understand nearly the worst instructions I've ever had. Over the years I've bought several Withings products and there's always something wrong. The app crashes randomly and I've had to wait weeks before they get it to work again. Do they not keep abreast of iOS updates? I'm on the best iPhone/ latest system. I spent an hour and fifty minutes on a 'chat' two weeks ago and 2+ hours yesterday. There openly tell you they're simultaneously dealing with multiple customers instead of concentrating on the job at hand, as if that's alright. So you either put up with staring at a blank screen or give up. Even after all that time they couldn't fix a simple problem (latest product U-scan doesn't work). After giving up on me I was supposed to be contacted by senior staff (three times) but that hasn't happened either. At the moment I can't use any of the expensive products I bought and they're refusing to allow return for refund of the ridiculously overpriced U-scan 'because its been wee'd on'! Well obviously, that's the point! Never been more mad, more disrespected as a customer and more fed up with a so called tech company. They do NOT deserve our business. Seems to be an ingrained culture and its flipping hard work to be honest. I'll look elsewhere in future. Avoid them, it just isn't worth the anguish!
Withings smart body analyzer has to be one of the best scales for weight and body fat out there. I used to have one that cost me $300 where I had to hold these handles and it was never that accurate. Withings scale is half the price and I get body fat without those handles. The best part is it syncs with my iphone so I can track my weight loss. I have not tried their activity tracker called pulse but that looks like a useful product as well. I am still waiting to see what apple comes out with as I think that may be even better than their pulse.
