It has been ten days and my purchase still has not shipped. Yet I cannot cancel, because it is "in process."
Horrible customer service.
I called to inquire about my orders placed on 12/2/2019. Tanya, the representative, told me that my orders were canceled due to a break-down of communications with Paypal. It has been more than 3 weeks and I did not receive any notifications or ANYTHING ELSE about it, let alone any explanations about why my orders were canceled. These were Christmas gifts and I expected to receive them before Christmas. Now that I have to buy other gifts and when I called to inquire about this, I finally was told by Tanya that the orders were canceled. If I did not call, I don't know how long I had to wait until I find out they were canceled. I asked her politely is there any other way to recover them and she said with a tongue that made me feel unrespected that I can place another order, but I won't receive the same discounts I used when I placed my orders. I purchase from many other brands too, and ULTA, Sephora, etc. Literally this is the worst customer service experience ever! I won't buy philosophy products again, at least NOT from the official website because you didn't make things right at the beginning, and did not try to correct it when things went wrong.
I was a loyal customer since 2002 because of a couple specific products. I first purchased their products through QVC and have also purchased them from Ulta in addition to their website. I was part of their points program and had almost 7K "points" saved and they wiped them out from me because I hadn't purchased from THEIR website frequently enough. They didn't care about purchases made elsewhere and took my points away. I'm a single mom working in crisis management, I've been a little busy over the last few months and didn't place an order in the time they expected me to so they deleted all my saved points. I called, emailed, and IM'ed customer service multiple times to have my points reinstated and NEVER received any response. The woman I spoke with on the first call said she couldn't do anything and would refer to me to the department that could, but she LIED. I was never contacted by anyone. They didn't respond to a single email through their website or IM through Facebook. Nothing, nada, no support AT ALL. They are completely USELESS and I'm done with them. I will NEVER buy anything from these LIARS and corporate jerks ever again. They don't care about their customers or making a good product, they only care about making money.
100% dissatisfied with customer service and products. I will not purchase anything else from this company, which is now part of Coty, again.
Purchased 2 big jugs of Purity and 2 big jugs of Amazing Grace Shower gel. Was using a small travel size of Purity when I purchased the Bogo of the big jugs. Then I started getting big bumps on my face from purity. Decided to return thev2 big jugs but was told I could not unless I also returned the shower gel! Well it was a bogo... but ( and this is my fault) I naturally assumed the Bogo was buy one shower gel get one free. Buy one Purity get one Free! But NOOOooooo if I wanted to return the Purity I had to return the whole order! I had just given away as a present one of the showergels so now I was STUCK with the 2 big jugs of Purity, which I will never use! My nieces will not use it but luckily one is going to see if any of her coworkers use it. I purchased Amazing Grace perfume and when I rec'd that and opened it... it literally had NO SMELL! I was going to return it but after shaking it, got a smell although it does. Not. Last! I am done with this terrible company and I make sure to tell everyone that know and run in to... my experience. I love the Amazing Grace shower gel but it's not worth supporting such an anti customer service company! If I could tell the president of philosophy what they could do to acquire and keep more customers, it would be to up substantially your customer service as a happy customer is a repeating customer with free advertising... and up the smell staying power on your products as that is why the few customers that do buy from you, buy! But no... they won't... they are a terrible company... and I so wanted to love them!
The clear days ahead duo worked alright. It took a couple months for my skin to get used to it. At first it made me break out more and left my face dry, however, it settled in pretty well after a while and kept my skin toned and clear.
This is an awesome site. The miracle worker facial cleanser and mask is really great. It is the best facial cleanser I have found, and it leaves my skin feeling very smooth. They have amazing skin care products.
I have only just recently begun to shop here for skin care products and bath/body care. I was not disappointed. Easy to navigate, easy to shop and purchase great products. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality skin care!
Philosophy has some of the best body wash, shampoo around! They are sweet smelling but never over whelming, and the scent stays with you for a long time! It is not just the smell they leave your skin feeling so soft if your thinking of buying this but think the price is to high it is worth it all you need is a little and a bottle will last you a long time! You will not be disappointed!
There new sugar cake and pumpkin spiced body wash and lotion smells like fall heaven. I also didnt notice it at first but the body wash also has glitter in it and leaves your skin with a shimmer lol
