I ordered PPE supplies the end of April and it is May 20 today-no delivery as yet. I sent two emails to contact *******@163.com requesting info about my order. No responses!

I got the face Mask on time, no problem, they seem very nice, thank you so much, I will make another other very soon

The shipping was $367 but we it was the only option for delivery and it promised it would be delivered in 4-7 days. That was 18 days ago. According to tracking the package has been sitting at Shanghai airport for the past 10 days. Which came as a great surprise as their site makes it seem you are buying from the States. There is ZERO customer service. No way to contact them. Nothing you can do but sit and hope your hard earned money that you parted with because you needed PPE to start working again has not just been scammed out of you.

I ordered 50 pcs KN95 reusable masks prompted by their promo of 35% discount. The order came on time but there were just 40 pcs masks instead of 50. Reason enough to contact customer service for this apparent, unintentional or inadvertent mistake but no phone # to call or email address to write. I hope this review will prompt them to correct their service. I still want that 10 pcs masks!

Placed an order for kn95 mask and nitrile gloves on June 15. I received delivery last week. Delivery was longer that the 5 to 7 days, however; only by a few days. Were were satisfied with the products.

Company is in England and the mask were from Korea (or other Asian country).

I bought a face shield which I did receive. However, it looked like it was folded in two places causing deep creases. I cannot flatten it out. It's completely useless. I was also told it was free shipping. The shield was 7.95. I was charged another 7.95 in shipping charges. Its going in the trash. I have no idea how to even contact them.

Ordered some KN95 Masks on June 14,2020 and I paid for expedited shipping via USPS. I contacted the seller via email (*******@outlook.com) on June 26 to inquire about shipment and have received no response. Also, USPS has no record of the tracking number being shipped.
I should have checked this site before I ordered. Pharma Central is clearly an offshore operation collecting money on PayPal for items they have no intention of shipping.

Ordered KN95 masks and paid a premium for USPS Priority mail 5-7 day delivery. That was 7 days ago. Have contacted them and gotten a really snotty reply saying be patient, maybe it will be there in 15 more days. What lousy service, God only knows what the product will be like if and when it ever arrives. Suggest you do not do business with these morons.

I did receive my KN95 mask order yesterday 8/18. It took 14 days from date of order to receive my order in Honolulu. Also Pharma Central did respond to my inquire into my order when I saw that it was sitting in China. I also
Confirmed receiving my order on my order page and I left a comment that I will be reluctant to order from them again until they make their website easier to navigate especially when issues arise and they address the terrible reviews they get on site jabber.

I like the other reviewers used this co because it said it was based in the United States and my order would deliver in 4 to 7 days. They have now been at a shipping partner for 10 days, that is bogus. I can find no way to contact anyone about my order. This company if they really are a legit business (I have my doubts) is a rip-off. We should all report them to the BBB.

This pharm-central.com come is a Scam site and customers do not get their orders. This same company has sites at www.pharma-depot.com and www.ppeprotects.com which I am sure are also scam sites. They give you an order number and say that it will ship in about a week, but nothing ever ships and they don't even have a phone number to contact them. If you placed an order contact your credit card company for a chargeback immediately. ZERO STARS! Good luck.

A review of the website clearly states, "#OFFERING NOW: USPS PRIORITY (4-7 Business Days);" however, after having placed an order on June 22,2020, I am still awaiting receipt of a small shipment. Upon inquiring as to the whereabouts of the product and in trying to better understand why the shipment is not meeting the "4-7 Business Days," I was provided with the following response, "the freight is paid for USPS, it is depends on the USPS, rather than us." Please be aware of this false advertising.

I ordered PPE from these people. They sent an invalid tracking number to my email address and I still have yet to receive my product. It's been almost a month.

Have not received my order which I paid for on June 1,2020 and it is now June 9,2020.

Ordered KN95 masks and never got confirmation. They took my money and its impossible to contact them. They have no contact details on their web page. Do not use this company if you expect your order or any type of customer service. Beware read other reviews!

Got EXACTLY what I ordered. Masks were Jin Jiang high quality KN95 masks which are on the CDC excepted and tested list. They did charge me for Priority Shipping but they used 1st class giving themselves another $10 profit. But they still arrived at the 4 to 7 day period promised. Overall a fine experience

Received email mask were shipped. It's been two weeks and still no mask. There's no way to check the status of my order. I checked tracking number says they're in new York but not pick up by USPS.

Masks that arrived say "fashion mask" and are probably worse than not wearing any mask at all. Thin, cheap and made in China. Package is in English that is clearly poorly translated.

I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. IF YOU LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS YOU WILL FIND THAT THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. PURE GRIEF! NO PIC ENCLOSED. I ordered a box of 50 surgical face mask and a box of 100 pair of gloves on April 19,2020. I received 1 face mask on May 11. No gloves and no information about the balance of my order. The web site doesn't give any contact information to call or email. DO NOT order from this crooked site because they will rip you off.

No way to contact them. They have not shipped anything after 10 days and the site says delivery in 4 to 7 days.

Ordered mask for my grandson with epilepsy. I can't seem to get in contact with them. My email is no longer valid on their site. Said it was shipped. Ordered May 6th! Shame on them taking advantage of people when they are out of work.

I ordered masks from them on May 22,2020. I have received them. No way to contact the company. I cannot log on to my "account" with them... very frustrated and angry.
