If your order is complete and ok then its not a problem but that want the case the last time I ordered from them.
An item was missing so they promised a replacement will be posted, then I opened the sack of dog food only to notice some of it was mouldy and it was out of date, granted it was only a month out of date but the mould, that's what makes it worse.
Despite many promises by customer services, including that of getting a replacement as a matter of urgency, I've heard nothing else.
I did explain I needed the dog food as I was almost out but I don't think they really care, I'll stick to another retailer from now on.

They are doing everything to avoid paying you. Dishonest business. My vet sent them the documents they asked 4 times. I know that because they've also sent a copy to me. When they finally acknowledged receipt, they had closed my claim because they "can't keep it open forever". They then requested a letter from my vet which they received the same day. 10 days later and my claim is still closed. When I called, I was told that yes they've received it but "it has just been sitting there for some reason, maybe the claims assessor is away". Avoid!

Second time I use this online retailer and I have lots of problems with then. They are dishonest and liars and do not care about their customer. They didn't sent my parcel and do not refund the money. They use the customers money to make cash flow I think. The customer service is useless and never give any information. I will report then to the Online Retailers Regulator because what they do it is not acceptable. They bully their customers and they are wordy. Please don't buy from then.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS USELESS, TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Not received any confirmation or correspondence about my order - (but they've taken the money!) Also when ordering it stated "next day delivery", yet when I checked the site two days later, they hadn't despatched the order until that day! When order didn't arrive the following day, I contacted them via their 'contact us' page on their website - not heard anything from them! How unprofessional, rude & just goes to show how little they value their customers. I am still waiting, a week later for my order - which hasn't arrived, but I cannot get a reply from the company. I am going to report them to Trading Standards and Financial Ombudsman. This company is useless and terrible - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Worst customer service ever
January 19, 2022

I just came off the phone with Joanne, one of your employees to make you aware that jackets we bought for our pups from Danish Design actually had caused cuts on our dogs legs. The finish is quite rough and when rubbing against their paws when they run, this has caused sore spots on their legs. I told Joanne that I was not looking to get my money back, but just thought it would be something you would want to flag with the manufacturer. She was extremely rude and just dismissed what I was saying. She had never heard anything like this and the problem was that the jackets were too small and I should just buy bigger ones. For your info, the jackets are not too small, they are actually a perfect fit. I have to say that I am very disappointed to be treated this way. Joanne was unbelievably rude and unprofessional and was not interested at all in what I had to say. Poor customer service Pet Planet, I think some of your staff need some additional training since this is not the way customers expect to be treated.

Avoid this site for you pets sake
If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst pet shop online shop there is they don't care about animals they want to do them harm most of their photos on their site of their products are a lie I picked them up on 1 so they had to change it that took them 2 weeks to they are nothing but liars there deliver is a joke they leave your pets with out food you never know what deliver firm they are going to use and hermes is one so you know your order is going to be even later and when you phone them to pick them up on this they just laugh at you and laugh that your fur babies are going to be without food laugh that they might be causing your fur babies to suffer I know I was wrong but as the lady with the hysterical laughter over the thought of my first babies suffering hung up on me I said your a c word I know this was wrong but when someone wants to knowingly cause harm to my fur babies and laughs in my face about it I kinda let it slip out as I could not believe it was happening to me and my fur babies so in conclusion avoid this site for your beautiful pets safety
