Andrew was very friendly and professional. I didnt feel pressured at all to join in their club, but really appreciated him reaching out to me to help me save money. As an added bonus, my order had already shipped by the time we finally connected by phone, so thanks for the quick shipping!

My suggestion is to order elsewhere. Don't get caught up in their 'club' pricing. Previous consumer review hit that correctly. I ordered 2.5 weeks ago & still no receipt after several emails and calls. Was told couldn't fill part of the order due to shortage. They should have known that when entering the order. The other lbs I ordered apparently is in stock but never received that order either. I have cats that are due REVOLUTION. They've chosen to ignore my last 2 emails sent 5 days ago. My suggestion is to not get caught up in this frustration with a company terrible in customer service and support. Take your business elsewhere. My vet suggested chewy... Vetsource...

Very professional. The club plan offered was reasonably priced and the benefits seemed to be of value. I did correct Andrew and told him I'm now in the clurb!
At first everything was fine, then they started getting slower and slower on the shipping, then screwingnup my orders, sending wrong amounts and when I called about the screwup they said " if they could verify it" they would send out the rest of my order, took them 4 days to do so. I payed for the petcare plus to "save", turns out that is juft a scam to get money out of you as I can buy from other sites for less, and with good customer service, and no fee extra to save. Stay away from this place, they are poor business in EVERY way!

I have a dog with diabetes who requires a lot of expensive food, meds, supplies, etc., so I'm constantly searching for the best bargain on these items. I thought I'd found a good deal with PetCareRx, and I paid for the annual membership to get extra discounts. 1) They inflate the "original" price of products to make it SEEM like you're getting a much bigger discount than you actually are; 2) There seems to almost always be a huge sale going on (e.g., 25% off your whole purchase) that is available to NON-members but not members, so you'd be getting almost the same price without having paid for the expensive annual membership. The real deal-breaker for me is 3) the shipping is SO SO SLOW! Three times now I've had to buy dog food or medicine from another vendor and pay for express shipping because my PetCareRx order didn't ship for ages then was going to take most of a week to get to me. One of those times, they claimed to have difficulty getting a prescription approved by my vet, but they never let me know that in email or by phone. Overall I never feel confident about my orders with them and can't wait to finish out the year with this expensive membership. I won't be shopping with them after that.

I placed an order and realized that I bought the wrong kind and needed to cancel the order. I called and was greeted by a recording stating that they had a high volume calls and that if I leave my call back number, the next available agent will call me back. I waited for almost an hour and no one called me, so I call PetCareRx back. Finally a person answers the call and I told her I needed to cancel my order. She proceeded by saying that I can not cancel anymore because the order has just been filled and is shipped out. I was besides myself. I told her I had called in about an hour ago and no one called me back. I asked her why would they have a call back system if they weren't going to call people back. And then to put salt on the wound, she clams that another girl had called me back. Now, if there was a call back phone call, why was I unaware of that call? I never talked to anyone. So are their agents liars now? I am canceling my membership and returning my order. Good riddance PetCareRX

I used them for prescriptions for my Yorkie and when he died I had some medicine left over. They expressed sincere condolences and refunded me for the overage.
I have a second Yorkie and am now purchasing her food through them which is giving me a savings over purchasing through the vet.

Products are good but their membership is a ripoff. Their price for non members is more then the vet office but if you join you get a good discount which you only get on the first order after that the price is the same as the vet's office. Their customer service rep told me that the product I was using was only one of the items carried that really doesn't have a big discount. I'll cancel my membership and go to the vet for meds from now on. Totally dissatified.

I just want you to know that an employee of yours, Tamara, went way beyond me to assist me in getting the necessary scripts from my Vet, She also informed me that there was an overnight delivery because I needed this medication asap. I was giving the staff at East Valley Animal Hospital the incorrect fax number and Tamara caught my mistake and gave me the correct fax number. Thanks to her the medicine is on its way, shipping overnight.

I recently purchased some flea prevention medicine for my dogs through PetCareRx. The site was easy to navigate and I had no issues finding what I needed. I added the items to my cart and saw an option (on the right hand side of the cart screen there is a box you can check if you want PetPlus) for "PetPlus" I read over the program benefits and costs ($65.00) and decided it was not something I needed. I continued to checkout and paid for my items and thought all was well.
The next day I am looking over my credit card charges and PetCareRx has charged me for PetPlus! I used their contact us page and sent a message explaining that I specifically did not click the box to become a PetPlus member and requested a refund. I immediately received an email stating that they would get back to me within 24 hours. Two and a half days later I still have not heard back so I decide to call. The customer service rep was ridiculous. She said that I had to have selected pet plus to get charged. I went back and forth with her over this because I couldn't believe how she was acting when she released this gem of information. She said, "You probably signed up for it accidentally, because that happens all the time." WHY WOULD A COMPANY BUILD A WEBSITE WHERE YOU CAN ACCIDENTALLY SIGN UP FOR SOMETHING AT ALL, LET ALONE SOMETHING THAT CHARGES YOU $65?! Even after pointing that out, the conversation was going nowhere fast. She did cancel the membership and said my refund would be processed in 3-5 business days.
I can't in good conscious recommend this company. Charging my card without my authorization, not responding to customers in the appropriate time frame and rude customer service is not what I need or want when making a purchase. Also, I went back on their website and made a mock order. I got all the way to "Submit Order" and could not find any way I could have "accidentally" signed up for PetPlus.
