It's a scam, I never got the email for the Monthly charge notifications, I only use one time of your service, and after that, I never use it anymore! If I don't check my statement I will never know and they will keep charging your account. When u call them, they will repeat the agreement selected when joining:

"Yes, I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and understand that unless I cancel, my
Card will be billed $19.93 every month for my Membership, and agree to the use of Persopo
Information in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act"
And blame that is your responsibility to cancel ur subscriptions. They r stealing your money. I don't give a $#*! to this company. Theft!

Please don't waste your money on this site—the same information for free. I needed to see divorce documents and found nothing; my fiance has been divorce since 13, and we needed the proof for our closing. We rent to another site and retrieve it. This site is a waste of time. I was so annoyed

My brother and I were looking for basic information to gather for his passport. In researching his name and looking at some of his past history that we knew about would surely show up on his information never did. However, information of another person with the same name down to same middle name showed up in my brother's information along with this other person criminal history, who he was married to but not my brothers information. I called the company and I couldn't get out what I was telling the guy about what I saw before he said that there company pull all the data and it's mixed in together with other peoples personal information and you have to weed everything out by court number and some other bull crap and then you get charged for that. Not worth the time and aggravation to have to sort through your personal information from someone else's. Of course we cancel the same day.

I haven't been able to log into my "account" after the initial signup. I've sent emails, waited on hold for HOURS yet still being charged monthly. Can't seem to get anyone to respond to me - HORRIBLE customer service and fraudulent business practice since they are charging me monthly and can very easily see I have NOT been on the account! I'm giving it 1 last chance for a response and refund or I am filing a complaint with the FCC and the Attorney Generals offices - both of which deal with any form of unethical communication and / or services by any person or company advertising in public media. ANYONE HERE WHO IS A CONTRACTUAL ATTORNEY WHO WOULD LIKE TO BAN US ALL TOGETHER FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT? Lord knows we need to or they are just going to keep getting away with it!

They say that customer services is their priority? Their customer service representatives are rude and unprofessional. They talk over when you ask them a question, they don't answer a question when you finally get in a word edgewise. If I could give them a negative number I would. If you can't listen to your customer complaint without getting defensive then you shouldn't be in customer service. You listen to the customer and then talk and propose solutions, not talk over them and never let them speak.

Stay away from this company. They are only interested in your money and not in assisting you with what they claim to do as a service to you as a customer.

I called to cancel my membership. The lady was so rude and gave me a confirmation number and never cancelled it then she hang up the phone when I asked her to refund the 6 months instead of 3.
Today I called again another agent another super rude and giving me moral lesson on how I should speak to me and telling me I did not get the 3 month refund because I did not accept them lol! When the lady hang up the phone last time. Insane! Total scam
