I've used Perpay a lot now. It's super easy and convenient, but there is a massive price increase on items purchased. This is essentially the loan interest worked into the cost rather than the payments. Some things are almost twice the cost of buying them in full through a regular store. But if you'd prefer to pay a little bit over time and are okay with the costs, it's well worth it.

First let me say they've never let me down before. But this just felt ridiculous, I ordered the computer and I received it, when I ordered it, it didn't have any specifications on graphics, the graphics were completely horrible. Worst I've seen since 2013 a few days later when I had time, I figured I'd submit a refund request within minutes of placing the request it got automatically denied Due to it being out of the packaging. I'll be paying off the rest of what I owe and not using this app again unfortunately.

I did a payment plan for a really expensive watch and paid it off in the middle of paying that off I ordered a few other things and after I paid the watch off I had a limit of $1100 only owing $200 on my other order and they are telling me I can't order anymore until I make a few more payments like I'm so confused I've already paid off a $600 watch and most of my second order so I'm confused why I'm being punished as if I missed payments when I have not missed one payment….

My card constantly gets declined. I have been told what not to use card on. Purchasing a movie off of Amazon was not on that list and now my card is possibly blocked... Everything was good for about 6 months. I have a credit card and they report to the Credit bureau. Just recently I ordered AirPod pro on 4/20 it is now 5/2 and I have yet to receive item or even receive a timeframe for the order. I have spoken with chat support 4 different times and nothing has been resolved. I keep getting they will contact Distributing partner. They have taken money for the item but yet no answers. The support team must do better! This is a great app that can do some good for people but the downfall can be the customer service. Another company will come along and be better at it. I was a happy customer until this happened!

It has been very bad. Not consistent. No answers. Just waiting around.

My wife and I found them very convient until COVID hit and we had to file bankruptcy. I did not want this company included because until that point there had been a slight glitch nothing major. We had the case dismissed and went right back to paying and when my wife went to order they had the order pending with no communication at all. When a reply was finally given we were told that our limit was dropped so we could not order anything. I said that was fine and 2 could play that game. I dropped the payment coming out of my check to $1 and that is all they will ever get. Be very careful when doing business with these we people

I was so happy when I found out about perpay I went and told a lot of my friends about it I was so excited to have alittle extra spending when I needed it. Then all the people I told to check to see how much they received for a spending limit every one of them got $1000. Ea. Mine was $450. Yea I'm not excited about this at all why would I get a little amount when some one else who has a whole lot of debt I on the other hand I only have 400. In all that I owe so I've decided it's not worth my time or effort to use this app until they treat people fair then please do not waist my time

I was approved for 825.00 and I ordered 400 and was ordering the rest for and they came out n said I had to make more payments before they could give me credit then why do they approve on a limit when they don't go buy they want to come and buy but ho by what they send to people...

I never had an issue with them until now. I Never received the Iphone said it was out of stock and can't get an answer from customer support.they took payment for it already. It's been two weeks since I ordered it.

My whole pay check has been deducted and I can't get in touch with anyone to help stop that payment. I have sent email after email and call after call. I still haven't gotten a response. This is not a good look. I think I'm going to report this to the BBB.

Let me start by saying I have bought tons of stuff & currently pay almost $300 monthly for items I am happy with. However, I started looking for a file cabinet w/perpay. Their price is $22.50 x 16 pays=$360 which was shocking to me for a small 3 drawer cabinet, no matter quality. I looked online for pricing to see exactly what the difference in pricing is & the exact product goes from $160-$178! Look, I totally understand they are taking a chance & they are in the business of making money but $180 profit? Absolutely disgusting! Even $50-$60 is pushing it. This does not even include tax & shipping. Will not use them once my items are paid off. Profit? Ok fine, but this is predatory. I will do business somewhere else. Very disappointed in PerPay.

They said that my items would be shipped 3-5 business days after 1st payment. I'm on my 3rd and its still saying the same thing. I reached out via chat and have yet to receive a response.

Although it may seem like a convenient way get a new product without having to pay upfront for it, stay clear. Not only do you have to wait until Payday for them to ship it out when the payment is deposited directly into one of their accounts, if you decide to cancel due to the long wait, they'll still get some money out of you. I needed a new monitor and so I decided to browse Perpay. I chose one, but when I found out they'd be waiting until my next payday to verify the money, and an actual down payment to get it shipped via debit card was not possible, I decided to cancel the order within the hour. Now, the thing with setting up multiple accounts for your paycheck to be deposited in, is that they won't show up on your employee portal immediately. In fact, you may end up waiting a pay cycle or two. Well, the day before that payment was due, I had an itch, and went on to my employee portal and tried removing that account, only to find out they had already begun processing it and I couldn't remove it. Was kind of upset. I said to myself, "oh well, at least they have my direct deposit information and can just reorder that monitor and have them ship it out. WRONG. I spent 4 days waiting for Customer Service to respond to me, only to say that the $43 was used towards the monitor, but they would still need to wait until my next payday to get this order shipped, even though the $43 was non-refundable and put towards the item regardless. Sad part is, is their bank info is still on my payroll. I'll pay this off and never use them again. Also, their prices are generally double anywhere else if simply decided to purchase the item outright.

Tip for consumers:
By the time the item will get to you, you would have enough money saved most likely to simply buy the product you want outright, and still get it cheaper.

I order this item on 8/10/23 I hook it up in my living room let it blew about 2 hours and it didn't do like I thought it would my living room was still hot so I wasn't please at all after the money I spent for this I could have bought a window unit for this price very disappointed

This site is supposed to allow you to lease products. After putting all my information in and being approved, I could not shop. The site was down. Now I am scared this is a fraudulent site. Found this site on Facebook.

I'll start off by saying why I gave it 2 stars. For those who can't afford to get credit, and have an option of paying by month, this is okay, just like Fingerhut.
But the general score I gave reflects the fact that everything is $10 to $20 more expensive here. Plus they charge way too much for shipping and handling.
Their return policy is outrageous!

Example, are used toy product: "Lego Star Wars X-Wing". This product is sold at Walmart, and online at Walmart, for $68. Also on its Lego website for $62. On the Lego website the shipping is free for standard, on the Walmart website $35 and above will get you free shipping!

Per Pay does not even have a dollar amount that they would work with you, for 'free shipping', if it costs a certain amount.

In most cases when someone returns something, it means it doesn't work, or it doesn't work the way it should work properly. To return items, these items or products must be kept unopened, AND UNUSED!

For example: 1) if you buy a pair of shoes and they're your size but they're too tight... you can't return it.

2) if you bought a pot and skillet set, and you start to cook with it, or you noticed that the screws on the handles are a little loose, or it just doesn't cook the right way for you, you can't return it because you opened it, and you used it! The product must remain unused.
We are also responsible for the original shipping cost which could range from $20 $30
We are also responsible for the original shipping cost, a $10 return shipping fee, and a flat 5% restocking fee on all returned items.

Overall as I mentioned when I started this review this website it's okay for those who are working on their credit or if they're used to Fingerhut type websites.

They do announce that they do not have a Percentage or APR in the sense of Interest, but the reality is, the long run of the price that they sell their stuff along with the shipping and handling, and not to mention in case you don't want the item, it would cost you more to return it, does not make it okay, give me Interest any day.

This is just another scenario of a company charging too much, and much more after, because somebody cannot afford to buy it all at once, but that's where they should have just stopped, instead of charging for everything else, thank you.

They keep giving me notices I owe when I do not. I paid them off and they closed my card a while back. Now they keep sending me notices I owe more. I don't even have the card anymore. No one responds back. The bed frame I bought already split. The dresser broke some. All with regular use. Nothing extra. I tried to get items they said they have. Sent me the wrong thing. I'd just be careful with them.

No one messages back now that I don't buy anything else from them.
