I would like to know how honest this company is, because I was about to make a big purchase until I read all of these negative reviews

I have used them for a couple years now. I have gotten things like Xbox x and steam deck. I also got a dining room table and chairs. Anyone with negative reviews either didn't get approved or didn't read what they needed to do correctly.
