I've ordered from Perfume.com on several occasions. You can't beat the prices. I'll also say that each time I ordered I received my products within 3 to 4 days! I can definitely say that I'll continue to do business with this honorable and reputable company.

Received as a gift a empty bottle of men's cologne. Emailed customer service. After two attempts to resolve NOTHING was done - a new bottle of cologne was not sent out. I sent a photo with each email. The second response was that was not what was ordered and to send a photo of the correct cologne. WHAT?! That was what you sent! Then received email from another section of Perfume.com asking about the issue. I detailed everything to them and included a photo again. NO RESPONSE! They clearly fo not care I received no perfume and wasn't going to correct the issue either. Could not show proof of purchase as this was a gift! Moral of this story? Don't buy from this place!

I ordered a bottle of Zien perfume and boy was that a mistake. It doesn't smell at all like I was hoping for. In addition, I sprayed a little on my arm and I immediately got a rash, my eyes burned and I had to scrub it off immediately. Buyer beware! This product is full of chemicals and comes from China. I would urge perfume.com not to carry their products.

First time ordering from your company I love the fragrance of Poison, it was my signature smell when I was younger, I couldnt go anywhere with out some one saying Doris is here! It was awesome. I'm typically always happy with the products from perfume.com but this time I received the smallest bottle that I've ever gotten for a bigger price. Still love the product, just not sure that I'll do it again for that price if the bottle isn't bigger

The first time I ordered from this site it was a great experience. This was my second order and some of my order was damaged when it arrived. One bottle i ordered was chipped so bad I had to keep the bubble wrap taped around the bottle to prevent from cutting my hand on the chipped bottle. Also, the spray nozzle does not work very well at all.

My experience with perfume.com has always been wonderful. I love the website and options! The perfume I chose with this order was D&G Light Blue Sunset. It was a tester bottle. I have the original Light Blue and live it, so I was excited to order this. The description of an"tester" bottle said there were no differences between a tester and a boxed perfume. Either that is not true, or this perfume is not what it is cracked up to be. The scent was very faint and the alcohol overpowered the faint smell. It kinda smells like bug spray. The smell does not last (thank gosh)... I am just very dissatisfied with this purchase

First, my order arrived quickly. Three items were in new packages. The Enigma was the primary item that I wanted and it was in a nice, new looking package but when I removed the bottle it had perfume smeared on the outside and was not completely full.

This cologne smell does not last. I think its been setting too long. I tried it on in the store and it lasted. That is why i ordered this brand. Now I feel like I spent this money for alcohol. I really want to return this cologne.

Great experience... quick service. Good price. Only thing that would make it better is to add a few sample cards with scent to encourage another sale... I purchased a Bvlgari scent and would gladly purchase other Bvlgari scents if I could smell a sample. Avon has done that for years. Please consider that.
