Bought this perfume in Aug 2024. Nov 2024 eBay emails me stating that they've been made aware of safety concerns with product and I am to stop using and ask to return, refund the item from seller. The recall notice was enforced in 10/07/23. It was because there was a known chemical used in it that could cause skin reaction and it is potentially dangerous for fertility and unborn child. And yet they still sold it to me almost a year later. My bottle is the exact one with batch code listed in the recall information.
This gets me very angry because I am pregnant currently.
I contact them in every way possible multiple time and I get ignored.
Weeks later I am still trying to get a resolve and they think they will just continue to ignore me.
I have contacted the FDA about this issue and will be filling report to the attorney generals office for fraud as selling banned/recalled items is illegal in the USA.

They say free returns for what ever reason, but don't want to provide that, even if products is damaged in transit.

I purchased a Bvlgari perfume and cologne tester. Both seem to fade and lose scent with in 20-30 minutes. Disappointing because I still spent a decent dollar for them.

I ordered from this company. I recived so called perfume I ordered. Right away you could see that the cap and bottle were poor quality and smell was nothing like the original. I had still had the bottle from the store to compare. Compayn responded that yes I can return and that they don't want a bad review. I shipped the item back and nothing. I opened the dispute case with paypal and thanks to them I recived my money back. What a hastle. Never again. If you want to lose money or cause yoursel extra headache order from Perfume Empire. Scamers. Oh don't go by positive review from trustpilot later on I checked and learned they are fake. Never again customer.

I purchased 4 bottles of this cologne. The bottle looks correct, but what is inside is not what I ordered. THIS IS A BIG SCAM! I tried calling them at the number listed in the web site, but Verizon said they could not connect. I am going to file a complaint with the FCC.

I had very bad experience with perfume Empire they don't care about customer. I-sent email asking them about perfume i bought i had iuss on it. Paid full amount for original product but it's seems not even they don't reply to my email.

I ordered twice from Perfume-Empire, both times they didn't disappoint. Altogether, I bought 6 bottles of perfume that I know how they smell and they smell the same. I order testers and new boxes, all were great, I will definitely order again.

This is one of the worse places to shop. Please look around, there are much better sites. I did it without looking at reviews. This was the worst from what I saw. I had ordered over a $100 dollars worth of products for my father n laws birthday. Now we are 3 days late and they don't respond to phone or emails. I will be filling out complaint on BBB website as well. So we know who to avoid when buying for family. Thank you.

I went on their website innocently shopping for a perfume that I LOVE that was about to finish soon. I found the price to be unbeatable on Perfume-empire.com (my mistake). Cheaper isn't always better and unfortunately on this website it was NOT the smarter decision to make. I was definitely scammed out of my money. I know the smell of Calvin Klein Euphoria. The first time that I ever sprayed this perfume on my wrist I instantly fell in love with it. I was hooked. It became one of my signature daily smells. This was my first time EVER purchasing from this site. Instant regret the day that I unpacked my perfume. I sprayed the bottle twice on my wrist and I couldn't smell a thing! I kid you not. The box and bottle "appeared" to be authentic BUT the smell told a completely different story. This was either a fake item that looked almost identical to the real thing OR it was the real thing but way past it's shelf life and was expired. Either way I wasn't a happy customer. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal to see if I can get my full refund back. I will never purchase from this website again and I will make sure to let everyone that I know to stay away from this scam of a company as well. DO BETTER and stop robbing people of their hard earned money!

My experience with this company was a good one. I had no problems, and they delivered on their promises as promised!
