Consider fhis data as seriously incomplete. Hints, probably at an additional cost, for "Premium Report", are not deemed worthy of any added funding.
This sucks! You haven't been able to verify anything I hadn't already found in just a basic google search
You have me mixed up with pages and people not related to me. Strangers
99% of the information you provided is incorrect. Please refund my money.
Thought I was signing up for a single time for $14.50 and got stuck for 6 months with automatic payments.
Bull$#*! don't match person, also they try telling you there is something but there is nothing.
It was ok. But not current on location. I didn't get the social media info, it was somewhat truth.
This is the fourth time I've tried to do this and it gets close to the very end and then I can't read it it's half off center so I can't read with me instead and anything I can do about it
It wasn't as in-depth or completely accurate as I thought it would be. But then again the person I was searching has been off the grid for quite some time. But I do not remember getting married to him twice it's bad enough once but there's two different marriage certificates and everything on your site. That your site did give the most recent address and current location
Haven't found information as yet. So I can't really rate
How do I correct erroneous information found on my report
Very good it has been easy to understand and easy to work with
Not a very accurate report. Addresses not right. No sex offenses but you have people with my same name listed. What's up with that!? Social media profiles not right. First seen record all over the place. Hopefully people who do back round checks for employment don't use this site.
Awesome, in no time you have very accurate information.
Outdated information, inaccurate details, and a complete rip off!
I know that the person im looking up has a record but it says they couldnt find one
I paid for this service but you're asking for more money for more details when I was lead to believe from the beginning that I would see all records

Answer: Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE
Answer: Hi there. Our customer service number is 833-276-9449. We have reps available 24/7 to serve you.
Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
