I never used it until today because My card was being charged and I didn't remember signing up for the services, until she told me what it was. I remembered I didn't want to pay the service to look at myself, so I had to cancel services.

So far I haven't been able to verify that this is the person I'm looking for. There are no photos. Everything is very vague and certain things I know are not true are being reported but with NO details. I suspect this is so I'll pay more money for the premium report. I might have done that had I received some information I knew to be true. I consider this a scam and want to cancel and get my money back.

I did a search on myself and your information is mainly inaccurate and incomplete.
Traffic offenses. Unable to open them enough to find location and other details so I could even see if I was in That state at the time.
Same with phone numbers and most everything else. I was consistently only getting partial information which was not enough to clarify it for me
I want a refund ASAP. YOUR ADVERTISING WAS WRONG TO. Get your report for a dollar! Then the info stated multiple criminal records, but there were none, which I didn't find that out before I paid for premium edition.
Refund both the sign up fee and the premium fee and what ever else you charged me. Next is Better Business Bureau!

I have cancelled automatic payments with PayPal. I think you probably have a descent product, but you market it like "Used Car Sales". Oh look at all this information you can get... but if you want to see it all it's another $20. Like a Used Car Sales Person, it's a clean car. But floor mats are an additional $120.
So I will reduce my starting rating to a Two Star rating, just for the used car move, and let you know that your information in your report is, as we would have said in the military "half-assed". It's incomplete, out of date, and includes information that does not pertain to the search. On further thought, you got my $27.99 but based on my last thoughts, you're now down to One-Star.
Oh, and if you haven't gotten the message by now,

I just got the report and haven't even started reviewing it. I think at this point a 3 Star rating is fair. Check with me after I review the results.
