Your records are very outdated. I have made several searches and your information on all of them is very incomplete and definitely not up to date. This makes your service worthless to me and I would like a refund of my money.
I am talking about missing information that I know about that is a matter of public record, yet your report makes no mention of it. For example, my daughter was married 10 years ago, yet you mention the name of her former married name but no reference to her current name or husband. Similar situations with several searches I made. In other words, your information is not accurate nor up to date, which is, of course, what customers are supposed to be getting from you.
Your examination only goes back to about 1972. It doesn't cover either of my marriages kaba my pilots license, or my divorce.
To date, your information information is sorely lacking. It did show either of 2 marriages, one divorce, pilot's license, addresses before 1970,
