I called because they charged me $4.95 even though I'm pretty sure I cancelled ahead of time. I asked for a refund and explained the situation and the woman told me "as a courtesy the refund has been issued" I said thank you and then she HUNG UP ON ME! How rude! They have the worst customer service ever. Avoid them at all costs.

I just called on 9/9/2021 and wondering why money was taking out of my account she told me it wasn't I got I bank statement that says it has this three times money was taking out of my account this is fraud. Ad the woman that I talked to was rude so I was rude back. I wouldn't not recommend this businesses they take money by fraud

I wish I didn't have to leave a star at all. Its the worst site ever. All of the information that I'm looking for on a specific person is outdated so it's a waste of time. I tried to Google it up so that I could cancel the trial there were several sites with the same name. Thats how they get their money. So in order to get an approval of a refund after they charge u 39.99 u have to go online print out some bs fill it out and mail it to them lmao like really what business has that as a thing.? Normal legit businesses allow u to do it online or otp with a rep. I spoke to a manager her name is Raine. Very unprofessional and rude hung up on me twice I called back she answered again. Rudely. Once I told her that I was reporting to the BBB she wanted to talk but I hung up because there's nothing to talk about. She has called my phone back 6 times. While I'm writing this review in fact. I answered twice and told her to stop calling but she kept calling. Don't pay for the trial it's not worth it. Even though its $1. They do not have accurate up to date information
