Peet's Coffee

I have ordered Peets Coffee may times In the shops, local grocery store, and Delivery, and this company has a lot to offer. Its very tasty for those with a sweet tooth or not and everything is reasonably priced for the quality. Peets does amazing with the types of products and their selection. I have bought Coffee K-Cups and really enjoy the flavor and strength. The Coffee shop is welcoming and comfortable and I've always had a good experience going inside to order. I have ordered Peets many times on Doordash and a few different Mochas, Lattes, and Treats as always really good (including the food that were a surprisingly perfect size). The Peets website lets you order from their Wearhouse or a local shop. I love how they have many coffee's and teas to choose from and how they have rewards for buying from their website. I will definitely continue to purchase from Peets.com.

I ordered online and the order supposed to arrive between 2-6 days. I have wait for a whole week and still not seen my package. Wrote an email to inquire at 1am and got the the response that they receive my email. Two minutes later another email came said my order has fulfilled. I cleared indicated the order was a gift in my inquiry and next day I called, they told me the order will not arrive on time as it supposed to be and they won't rush my order. All I got is they will refund me and bull$#*! reasons. Peet's was my favorite go to place and now I won't recommend it to anyone.
