I've rated and informed how defrauded I was by this scammer company here and on other rating websites, plus my social media. I've also written more e-mails, and even went to an online chat on its website, and although it was "promised" to me that they would contact me within 1 business day, so far, as usual, NO REPLY AT ALL.
I want my full refund (my almost $40), as this online store doesn't have the products I bought anymore.
My advice is NEVER spent your money buying from this shop! It's a SCAM! It gets your money and doesn't deliver the product.
I have bought 2 cat masks on October 2020. I have NEVER received them.
I have written to them and they said they would send a replacement.
I don't need to say that they NEVER send me a tracking number or replied to my emails.
