I loved everything about this site! I ordered my 2019 prom dress from here & it was gorgeous. I had an excellent shipping experience, it came fast & undamaged. The customer service was great. I received so many compliments on my dress.

The sent me a dress with a broken zipper and they refuse to exchange it. Horrible manager named Jill. She needs to learn how to treat customers. I am stuck with a 546 dollar dress. This is not fair to me. They send you a damaged dress and on top of that I need to pay for it... They do that on purpose so you have already paid for it. Never purchase from them.

Worst place to shop. Worst customer service. I bought a dress that came damaged. And they won't refund me because it was final sale. I tried to talk to a manager for over 2 months and NO ONE calls you back. They say that it was prom season and they are really busy. Now I'm stuck with a dress that has no use and is damaged. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS BOUTIQUE. They don't care about their customers.
