Completely free and so is downloading the text version of the document in our editor.
To download the file in all other formats or print the converted document, then an active paid subscription is needed, which you can cancel at any time.
To try our product for free only for one file, you have to choose the “Delayed” option. This option allows you to convert and wait 24 hours for your document to be able to download or pay for our 14 day trial (for $1.45 or $1.95) to get your file immediately.

I call the customer services to cancel a subscription and they never gave my money back...also the customer services hang me the phone to times. CARLOS AND RAY. I you think in buying this product, think twice. There is a lot of them for free and better..

I filled out the application online but all I received is a blank application. I was misled my your online process. I could have gone to my local social security office and got for free what you want to charge me for. Very misleading.

I was told it was free just to still pay, it is a little misleading but I accomplished what needed to be done
