This software is the second time i have been burned with them, they show up on google as free to use to simply fill out information but that is wrong. Once you are completed with your document, you are led to a page where you can pay anywhere from 14 days to longer. The 'free' option is buried as a link at the bottom of text, and even then to get your free download, you need to wait 24 hours and provide your credit card information. I would look elsewhere, I understand businesses need to make money but be honest up front with your customers that there really is no "FREE" use. You need to jump through hoops to get the 'free' dowload you were advertised.
I can't download even one pdf or access it again after I already spent a whole hour and 10 minutes editing the pdf that's supposed to due in 3 minutes from now!? My bad if I misread some things but I'm literally so sure i didn't. I'm already failing this damn class and now my whole 11 paged assignment just got eaten by this website. Not to mention the whole thing just sucks. Tried to use the text but it kept glitching and duplicated every text I write. Didn't even bother using the pencil.

To change the text in a pdf document I lost an hour. The text was not changed by me but by an employee through the chat. The application/website doesn't do its job, you waste time, modify and when you save you see that nothing has actually changed. I think it's a scam because I pay for this crap.
As soon as you see the charge--Call your bank and cancel your credit card. Do not call this place, it will get worse. They continue to try to get more money from you and even give you the number of your bank, they directly like you so you can approve the charge. I shut off my phone and called my bank which is taking care of it. The us a HUGE SCAM.

Do not sign up for a trial with this company. You can get free pdf conversions on the internet. They will auto renew for $39.95 a month for a free service. You can't get ahold of anyone to cancel the service prior to auto renew. Then when you call them off a credit card number... they are combative and rude. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I miss the 14 days trial deadline, OK. I was charged and thought I was good for the term. I didn't realize that they charged me again in one month. That site never informed or I'm blind that it costs $39.95 a MONTH! I paid $1.45 for the document and $39.95. Check out all statements, this not informative before you get charged. I was refunded but offered a resolution of $12.95 per document. CAN"T AFFORT PDFSIMPLI -- That's ridiculous.

Wasnt able to convert the text at all. Just a few broken words out of a whole letter. This was not a very clean photo of the image though. I hate that I had to first pay to see the results. I ended up paying for nothing.
I filled out the application online but all I received is a blank application. I was misled my your online process. I could have gone to my local social security office and got for free what you want to charge me for. Very misleading.
