Cant get it to download after i payed! It says download, but when i push it nothing happens

I was charged for the "free trial". And 1 day before the expiration of the so called "free trial" i tried to cancel, but nothing happened. They automatically charged me a 1 month fee. I tried to contact many times, they said the will issue a refund, and i received a message from them that it was refunded, but for almost 2 months since the day they said they issued a refund until now, nothing. No refund issued. Called my bank they confirmed that no refund transaction from this company found. They just response on my freedback to contact them to resolve the issue but for how many messages i sent no response yet.

A bit suspect of the checkbox i had to check acknowledging that my bank account will be charged nearly $40 a month unless i "cancel anytime". I was under impression i could make a one-time payment to convert a PDF doc to JPEG... but alas... y'all up to something. Smh. Thanks for the conversion tho, i needed it to upload a pic to eventbrite.

In 11-21, while unemployed, I had to sign up for PDF Simpli to sign a single document. I then found temp employment and the company provides. Pdf software. Not surprisingly, I forgot to close my account on PDF Simpli (that's the game, right?). I asked them to refund from 12-21 and their policy allows for only 1 month of refund. Other software providers have been more forgiving. I will not use PDF Simpli again.

After the 14 day trial if the account is not cancelled you will be enrolled in out base subscription to continue with our services. This is mentioned in our terms and agreement. Total scam, product didn't work (converting pdf to fillable pdf), I paid for a one time use-.99- then was charged $39.99 which American Express declined and then they tried running the charge as a different company and it went through. Horrible customer service rep was yelling ME, because I was upset at being scammed. Run don't walk from these scammers!

Started to use the site. It said completely free. I loaded the document then it wants me to pay. Very slick! So, if you pay $1.95 you get the "trial" for 14 days. But you better watch out for the renewal since if you forget, you pay about $39.00 a month! If you do the annual plan and forget the price goes up by more than 1000%! I can't say anything about the quality as I backed out when I saw the fine print. I then looked at legitimate reviews and they were ALL bad!
Kinda misleading. States Free but you then must sign up for a paid trial.

It was advertised as a free trial but only editing the first document on screen is free. To actually save and send the pdf to someone it is $1.45. OK no problem. Paying $1.45 for a onetime edit to a pdf I have to sign and send is no big deal. Make sure you close the account and get confirmation that the account is closed before that not so free trial is up though because it is autobilled at $39.95 per month after that. Even adobe only charges $15/month or less if you go yearly.
False advertising that the edit was free even thought it's reasonably priced.
