Interface is intuitive, but needs to incorporate (or make more obvious) drawing tools for drawing and moving rectangular frames (send to back, group objects, etc.)
The initial document that I needed was insufficient on the site (the word SAMPLE was written across the document multiple times per page). And, although it took several hours, PDFfiller was able to upload the necessary document. Problem solved.
Simple and easy to use even for the novice computer user. It's made my documents look professional and well presented which has received a few thumbs up from people I have forwarded the documents to.
Overall like PDF filler, the idea of filling forms signing and faxing is great. Do have some problems with uploading documents. And navigating some area is a problem. Just takes time to get used to.
There are things I still can't figure but overall, I am getting the hang of it and it seems fine. It takes a while to go between pages but that could be on my end.
I have only had my account with you for one day, haven't used it enough to see how well it works yet It has been very helpful in completing the forms I needs to file
I really enjoy using PDFfiller, it is simple to use. Customer Service was great in assisting me on anything I did not know how to use. They responded very quickly.
So far so good.Actually of every editable pdf or doc app out there, this one has by far so many options you can choose from to suit your editing needs
We have several applicants who are complaining that the forms will not submit even those they have filled everything out. I've tried to contact support and they are no help.
I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.
After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.
I use PDFfiller for electronic signatures and it has an easy system to integrate with my google drive letters.
I used another company before switching and I love the easy usage I have found with PDFfiller.
To Whom It May Concern,
I need to let you know that I jumped the gun on submitting my prior severely bad review. Knoll G ended up figuring out the issue and assisted greatly in resolving it. She had much more patience than I had as I had been trying to figure out where everything had been changed to from when I used your site the year before. After 4 hours of much frustration, Knoll G saved the day. I would like to ask for you to somewhat disregard my initial review. I only say somewhat because I feel that the site had such a huge change from last year's "easy to use" formatting. I never needed to use support help. That said, I would like to praise Knoll G. She never gave up even when I did. Huge THANK YOU for not giving up Knoll! You're great and I hope you get some sort of reward for going above and beyond.
I would also like to add a technical note...I don't know how everything is viewed on the companies side, but it was very difficult to work with support in terms of the chat box. Every time Knoll G gave me a direction to go and I went (which means the screen changed), I would lose the chat box and had to wait for Knoll G to type and send me something before the box would reappear and then I could respond. It only added to my then current frustration so your site coders might want to look into that.
There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like, I look up how to save a document. You say: Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms". There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? Is it named as such or...?Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.
As a beginner, I would like to learn and practice some other functions. My favorite part of PDFfiller is I can sign the document either by type in my name or just tip my finger.
Before I got PDFfiller, I couldn't figure out how to add text to PDFs. I work for myself and am required to add information to certain PDFs. I am no longer struggling and frustrated. It is very easy to use and well worth the year's subscription.
I feel as though I may have caused my own problem. Your service covers all the forms I need and I thank you for offering to fix my issue in such a timely manner.
I research two ancestral lines in my family. The use of the PDFfiller has made my charts look much nicer and are easier to fill in than spending so much time on handwriting them.
It's a good program, convenient, relatively easy UI. Needing to subscribe to a function that was free for a time on the Adobe software, is an irritating feature of life in the 21st century.
Have trouble finding the doc's I want to make changes to and also how to save them. Plus I'm sure there are other uses I could be using if I were aware of them.
Same problems as above
Answer: NO! Any company that would lure veterans to use their service, then try to charge them to print or save their documents after filling them out iss a RIPOFF!
Answer: Tharun hi! Many thanks for your interest and question! No, our 30-day free trial period is entirely free, no hidden fees, no fine print. The first charge goes on the first day of the second month (and you can surely cancel prior to that, again, no charges). Hope this helps!
Answer: Many thanks for your question! There are two answers here, actually. First of all, nobody in pdfFiller Team has access to the documents you store inside your account. Our Support and Statistics can see the number of uploads and sendings, but NOT the contents of your documents. That's confidential information. Regarding your payments details: If you are paying for our services by a credit card, we see: ***********1234. That is, only the last four digits of your card, the date of transaction and the amount paid. If you are paying via PayPal, we obviously see the email linked to your PayPal account. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Susan, many thanks for your question! And yes, you can do that. Two things are important here. First, you need to register a password-protected account to make sure all your sensitive data is stored securely in our private cloud. Secondly - please, note that PDFfiller does not have any sort of official agreement with medicare, thus, your form cannot be automatically delivered to the needed office. In other words, you can surely fill the form with us, edit it later, print, save, email etc. But keep in mind that you are responsible for document delivery, this is NOT automated. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Bibek, many thanks for your question. And no, you will not, free trial is free :) But please, mind the deadline. Charging is automatic straight after these 30 days are over.
