PDF Filler has been down for hours and there is no way to contact them or find out when it will be back. Not happy with that.

I think it is a strong product. It is not very intuitive for a first time user.
Regarding version control... I would suggest allowing the user to create folders so that versions are not smdispersed all over my box.
If you can do this or the product has a workspace.to do this... It is not obvious to me.
Cannot upload large docs, takes very long. Has frozen several times while uploading and/or saving. Saves to a large file which needs to be compressed in order to email as well. Wasn't expecting such problems, but now have to deal with them since I paid for one year.
Any progress on updating the system servers maybe? Seems like a backend server issue.
I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!
When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. This allowed me to meet my deadline and send each completed form with password protection so the client knew I took his privacy seriously. Thank you, PDF Filler, for providing this great platform!
I am disabled from a brain injury and consequently my handwriting is poor. PDFfiller enables me to complete forms legibly and at a reasonable price. It also enables me to turn any form online into a fillable form. I'm a happy customer.
I subscribed monthly in order to redact a few documents. I'm disappointed I can't redact and will not renew next month.

The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.
This might not be the right program for the average joe blow
I get frustrated with this program often. I have a few more months on my subscription and will continue to try a give PDFiler the benefit of the doubt and see if I can make it work better for me.
Experience good so far. Just subscribed and I'm still learning my way around,but I alredy like it. Ist meeting my purpose. But I wish they had a PDF to word converter included. My only problem is that when I save it in my computer even in word I'm not able to edit it.I can only edit on PDFiller.

In order for us to properly troubleshoot the issue, we will need just a little bit more information about your experience. Can you please explain in detail what happens when you print your documents? Did you get any error message? Does this happen to all of your forms?
Some PDF file types print better using Image format. Here's how to resolve printing issue by switching format:
1. Login to your PDFfiller account.
2. Select the form that you want to Print from the My Forms page and click PRINT button.
3. Click the Settings Button.
4. If settings is set to Native PDF, switch it to Image PDF. If settings is set to Image PDF, switch it to Native PDF.
5. Click Save button.
6. Click PRINT button.
