I purchased on the basis that the programme would enable me to add text to A1 size drawings. Nothing in your advertising suggested that pdffiller would not support text additions to A1 size paper. Disappointingly I found out after I had subscribed to the system. Why you have not included for A1 size documents as other progammes have is beyond me. I shall cease to subscribe asap.
Difficult to anticipate the location of newly typing data on the form. I like many of the features in PDF Filler...however, it is difficult to estimate where the typing is going to be on the page when I click on a space or a line to type the content needed.
I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in.pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). My subscription has more than paid for itself and I would - and do - highly recommend PDFfiller to anyone looking for this type of program.
This was not an easy effort and I did not achieve success.
It's easy to use, a plus. But when I signed up for the personal membership, when I imported a document to edit it, and tried to erase part of it, PDFfiller hit me up for additional purchase because that feature was extra. That was cheesy. To me, it was bait and switch. I reluctantly upgraded to get what I need to done.
As this is the first time I have used this I did not like having to fill out each part as the other program we use to have you filled out the first part and all the information was populated to all the other parts that are needed.
Don't know where to begin, but since acquiring this program, i've had nothing but issue after issue with files i keep. Be it my inability to navigate and use the program or the program itself, i don't have the time to be trying to get my files back to where i can access them. I plan to delete/unsubscribe.
I worked with Elie tonight and your support is amazing. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She was able me to better understand the PDFfiller and was able to accomplish what I wanted. Very Pleased with your service and product.
It takes a minute to get use to but I think I'm getting it. Trying to use to send files to the government.
I was trying to figure out how to just save a pdf filled out... there are so many pop up windows.
I thought I had cancelled this account when I cancelled the Adobe subscription trial. I do enjoy the ability to fill in Adobe documents, but I do not think it is worth $80.- to me annually. I have cancelled this account at the end of my subscription next year. I will continue to use it this year, and may change my mind if it is really of any use to me. Thank you.
The experience was interesting. I would recommend the company to others but I would make sure that the price is up front before purchase is made. I misunderstood the price of the product. But Again I would recommend the company just for the fact that they are very helpful.
Excellent service and initially I had an issue which was a user issue and not the fault of this company. This is an excellent product and excellent customer resolving my issue immediately and to my satisfaction. Completely satisfied!

I am older and my hand shakes so badly I cannot fill in forms -- it is a real life-saver, not to mention time-saver. I don't have to call someone in to fill the forms out for me, I've already recommended PDFfiller to a dozen friends!
Just learning the process
I have been trying to fill out the information on the form and it will not let me go do the bottom of the page to type. I scroll down and when it gets to a certain point it jumps to the next page. When I try to get back to the bottom of the previous page it jumps to the top of the previous page. Back and forth. Very frustrating. I have had no luck in a resolution. I am stuck.
PDFfiller is an intuitive solution to create more efficiency with how we run our business. Nobody says they have less work to do and more time to do it, so when an affordable solution like PDFfiller comes along, it just makes sense to sign up.
Found all documents I needed and all of them seem to be quite proper and in order. So easy to fill them out and send to my attorney!
Probably due to unfamiliarity with program, but font size doesn't always match well.
The more I use it the easier it is. I still sometimes have trouble with the font size changing and I have to adjust it to as close as I can.
I need to learn how to use this more but I was able to retrieve a form to my satisfaction. As I use this form more often I have gotten quite comfortable. My business isn't very complicated so I am quite satisfied.
Answer: NO! Any company that would lure veterans to use their service, then try to charge them to print or save their documents after filling them out iss a RIPOFF!

Our Support and Statistics can see the number of uploads and sendings, but NOT the contents of your documents. That's confidential information. Regarding your payments details: If you are paying for our services by a credit card, we see: ***********1234. That is, only the last four digits of your card, the date of transaction and the amount paid. If you are paying via PayPal, we obviously see the email linked to your PayPal account. Hope this helps!

First, you need to register a password-protected account to make sure all your sensitive data is stored securely in our private cloud. Secondly - please, note that PDFfiller does not have any sort of official agreement with medicare, thus, your form cannot be automatically delivered to the needed office. In other words, you can surely fill the form with us, edit it later, print, save, email etc. But keep in mind that you are responsible for document delivery, this is NOT automated. Hope this helps!
