The product was easy to use. Customer service was responsive when I was ready to cancel my subscription.
Very short learning curve. Interface is very basic, not fancy, and it does just what you want. I have gone from using it sporadically to using it almost every day.
Even though on some searches (and I think it's the first search you do to get you hooked in) it promises "FREE" online. Pdf editing, it is NOT FREE! By the time you've thrashed around get your document edited it THEN informs you that NOW you have to pay $72 and UP. I signed up for the $72 dollar package, feeling totally hosed.
Then I had to do a bit of editing on the SAME document I'd downloaded 5 minutes ago; well, wouldn't you know, I couldn't erase with the $72 dollar package. NOW I HAD TO UPGRADE AGAIN IF I WANTED TO ADDITIONALLY EDIT THIS DOCUMENT.
THIEVES, CHEATS, LIARS, FRAUDS, CON ARTISTS, THE WORST KIND OF WORTHLESS HUMAN DETRITUS.
Probably based in Eastern Europe...
DO NOT GIVE THESE CLOWNS MONEY!
I feel ripped off by this company and here's why. The following is the reason I sent them for cancelling my account:
"I feel taken advantage of and l feel your messaging is both purposefully tricky and spammy.
1. I was drawn to the site because I was able to fill out PDFs for free. You kept quiet about not being able to do anything with that PDF unless I paid you money until the very final step. Due to the urgency of the form, time already spent on your site filling it out, I reluctantly paid for a month.
2. When I went to unsubscribe I was offered a year plan for $17.97 and I agreed to continue. Turns out, when I get my bill, you are actually charging me $17.97 per month. While this information was in the fine print I believe its presentation was intended to deceive me into believing I was getting something that I was not.
Dishonest deception tactics aside -
$17.97/month is far too expensive for an individual who averages only a PDF or two per month.
I actually think the software works very well, but your company seems more intent on tricking me into paying for it than providing me a quality exchange.
You fooled me twice and got my money, so good on you, I guess. But I'm out of here and actively recommending that people do not use this service."
For my business PDFFiler offers all tools I need for document workflow. This price is quite suitable and doesn't make a hard hit to my financial condition.
I like mobile apps of pdffiller but sometimes it seems like web version is much better. IOS app is lacking on undo button and explanation how it works.
But in general it is a perfect editor.
It worked good all time am I using it. Yeah, they had some failures with software, but they fixed and support keeps me up to date what happens.
I know for what am I paying money.
After filling out the form, you find out afterwards you cannot save or print it without paying a fee, which involves signing up for a monthly fee. Stay away!
Easy to use and get into it, a lot of great features. Also it was a nice thing that you can connect it to Google Drive and get documents from there in direct way. Liked it very much.
If you don't feel pdf is right for you and want a refund or just want to ask some general question just call or email customer service. They respond very quickly and work with you.
I have never had a 'supposedly' reputable site hold you hostage once you did a document. You can't print unless you pay them. DO NOT use this product.
On their site they have headers "It`s free online" "you have free 30-days period". But when you try to save file - they needs money.
Apologies for any confusion caused, Andrew!
We do have a 30-day free trial period, we assure you.
Payment details are indeed part of the account registration process, correct, however, your card/Venmo/Paypal will NOT be charged until the free trial period is over (and of course, will never be charged if you choose to cancel and unsubscribe while still on the free trial).
Hope this helps!
Bait and switch... Simply not free. I have no idea if the product works because I never pay when a company pulls a bait and switch. I can tell you with certainty that they are a dishonest company.
Dear Anthony,
I am sorry about the misunderstanding. We clearly show the pricing on our website and in all our Google ads as well. Please check this screenshot:
http://screencast.com/t/SfcE2yLDw. PDFfiller also provides 100% money-back guarantee if the users are dissatisfied and request a refund within 30 days of their subscription. Please let us know if there's anything we can do for you.

On 9/25/2017, I registered for a month to month membership ($6 per month). I completed a form using their form and faxed the completed document, again using their service. The document never arrived at its destination. I also verified that the fax number I entered was correct. 9/26/2017, I again confirmed that the fax never arrived at its destination & so I decided to cancel the service. To my dismay, I discovered that my checking account had been debited $120 by PDFFiller though I only requested 1 month of service. I contacted the company thru their website but on 9/28/2017, filed a complaint with my bank as the company never responded to my email. I wrote to the company again on the afternoon of 9/28/17 and received a reply that they had previously responded to me and that they were going to return $90 and charge me $30 for completing and faxing the form, though the form NEVER arrived at its destination. Their website doesn't provide a phone number or physical/P. O. Box address for the business, however, an investigation on the Internet located the following information: 371 Beacon Street, Brookline, MA, Brookline, MA *******
Phone:*******200. Avoid this service whose billing practices are questionable.
DONT USE IT IF YOU WANT SOMETHING ACTUALLY FREE. YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT ON THEIR SITE BUT AS SOON AS YOU GO TO GET THE DOCUMENT THEY PUT UP A PAYWALL. I THINK THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AS THEY PROBABLY WANT YOU TO HAVE DONE ALL THIS WORK SO YOU WILL GIVE UP AND BUY THE SERVICES. BAD PRACTICES.
Stephane hi! We are very sorry for any confusion caused!
First of, we never actually claimed pdfFiller is an entirely free service. PdfFiller is currently offering a 30-day free trial period. If you need PDF editing for several documents only, that would totally do the job. Hundreds of people are signing up for a free trial every day and cancelling later, that would be absolutely fine with us. Having a paid plan is not a must at all.
Secondly, please note the difference between registration and a paid subscription. When you are the first-timer, our system would offer you to register a personal account. Again, that does not necessarily mean having a paid plan. Free trial always goes first.
Hope this helps!
If you have any further questions/ doubts, please email support@pdffiller.com, same-day reply guaranteed!
You can sign up and receive a free month. Not sure how long this will last but after that, it can run you about $40 a month. Very expensive. But you can find some other sites that are free.
Why didn't I listen to myself say nothing is free! Under the impression that it is free I edited a PDF (took 2 hours) and when I went to save I was required to pay $20. I'm so gullible...
They advertise "free PDF to CSV conversion then demand a $20 monthly fee in order to receive the document. We call that illegal bait and switch scams and false advertising.
Christopher hi!
We are very sorry for any confusion caused! Please note the availability of a free trial period which is 30 days on the desktop version of pdfFiller. Paid plan is not a must, unless you need this app on a daily basis, of course.
If you have any further questions, feel free to chat with our 24/7 Support over here: https://www.pdffiller.com/en/support.htm
First i think that I am paying $10... then find out that I will be billed $72, then i fill out the forms which can't even be sent in or I will get fined! WTH, what did I pay for?

PDFfiller Team!
Since I install the program, I can't open PDF any other way than in PDF Filler. Unfortunately- it's impossible to uninstall! NOw I have both of my computers screw up and have to have this stupid and EXPENSIVE "FREE" PDF Filler. Save yourself time and frustrations- never install on your computer
Answer: NO! Any company that would lure veterans to use their service, then try to charge them to print or save their documents after filling them out iss a RIPOFF!
Answer: Tharun hi! Many thanks for your interest and question! No, our 30-day free trial period is entirely free, no hidden fees, no fine print. The first charge goes on the first day of the second month (and you can surely cancel prior to that, again, no charges). Hope this helps!
Answer: Many thanks for your question! There are two answers here, actually. First of all, nobody in pdfFiller Team has access to the documents you store inside your account. Our Support and Statistics can see the number of uploads and sendings, but NOT the contents of your documents. That's confidential information. Regarding your payments details: If you are paying for our services by a credit card, we see: ***********1234. That is, only the last four digits of your card, the date of transaction and the amount paid. If you are paying via PayPal, we obviously see the email linked to your PayPal account. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Susan, many thanks for your question! And yes, you can do that. Two things are important here. First, you need to register a password-protected account to make sure all your sensitive data is stored securely in our private cloud. Secondly - please, note that PDFfiller does not have any sort of official agreement with medicare, thus, your form cannot be automatically delivered to the needed office. In other words, you can surely fill the form with us, edit it later, print, save, email etc. But keep in mind that you are responsible for document delivery, this is NOT automated. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Bibek, many thanks for your question. And no, you will not, free trial is free :) But please, mind the deadline. Charging is automatic straight after these 30 days are over.
Virginia hi! We are very sorry to read about this confusion. I would like to clarify two issues here:
1) We are a reputable site. Have been on the e-market since 2008. Zero data breach cases, hacks or any other security-related issues ever.
2) You can print during the free trial period already. Having a paid plan is not a must. If you need PDF editing and eSigning for several documents or several days only, the free trial would totally do the job.
Hope this helps!
