“My New Computer”

This computer was a gift from my fiancé to me, I am very happy with this computer! I love it! I just hope it last for many years like the one I had before.

“Buyer Beware”

2 TB Solid-state drive failed after two months. It's not covered by Dell warranty because I bought it from PConline365 on Amazon. PConline365's return policy is strict. Looking at the Amazon website, it looks like they would charge 10% restocking fee and another 20-50% fee for missing accessories, like the original box. Buyer beware.

I bought a HP laptop from PCONLINE store on Amazon after 10 months it would not turn on. I try calling multiple times all I get is we are currently closed. When I contacted Amazon they asked me to return the laptop. Now I returned the laptop PCONLINE don't want to issue a refund and is also keeping my laptop. They are scamming poor people. If anyone is have similar problems like this please do something. And for future buyers beware you are next. Don't trust this store ever.

Tip for consumers:

Bought a laptop June 2022. It was advertised as new! When O had a problem with the laptop I Contacted dell. They informed me that the laptop was purchased March 2022 by someone else.; therefore it is out of warranty. I could not buy a new warranty because I am not the original owner. The laptop Was resold to me. Used laptop sold as new! Contacted pconline.com multiply times with no response.

We ordered a $600 laptop from this seller, only to receive what appeared to be a display model that a kid had been banging on with their elbows. It took forever to boot up, would frequently freeze and restart, etc. We returned it... but the seller only refunded $50 and kept the rest!

We complained but all our emails were ignored. Upon further research, it looks like the laptop might have gotten lost in the mail and took a while to get to them, so the store used that as an excuse to basically steal $550. Meanwhile, they've ignored around half-a-dozen emails from Amazon, as well (though I suspect Amazon is too big to care).

No doubt, PCOnline will just "refurbish" the defective laptop and sell it again -- meaning they'll probably end up making around $1,000 on a piece of crap laptop, while we're out close to $600 (after the return shipping), not counting months of stress and inconvenience.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid PCOnline at all costs! They sold us a lemon for $600 then kept around $550 when we returned it, without explanation -- in addition to the fact that they don't answer emails (even from Amazon).

Products used:
We ordered a Dell Inspiron laptop at the cost of around $600. It worked about as well as a brick with some buttons painted on it.

I spend my 571.34$ on a laptop that doesn't work. I was promised someone will contact me but never. I try to call and no one is answering my phone. Amazon should stop selling this company's products. I was ill and trust the company will call me as promised but never happen. Now I can't return items and am stuck with a laptop that can't even turn on.

Tip for consumers:
It's not a working laptop. My financial firm purchased it for me. I was ill and back to work after 2 months and find out it's not working. we called and was told someone will get back to us to take it some where where they will look at it for me. I am upset and angry. I need some kind of help

Bought a laptop from PConline in March 2023 and the display started separating at the hinge in November 2023. I tried working it out with the seller and Amazon. Now it is 1/10/24, no response from the seller, cutoff from help from Amazon, and now the touch pad no longer works. I am retired trying to run a small business for some extra cash, spent a chunk of cash to me for a laptop and now it is falling apart... Extremely unhappy on how this has been handled by the seller and Amazon. This laptop is only 10 MONTHS OLD!

Bought a laptop from them through Amazon that was not as described. Sent it back for refund and charged me $55.00 restock fee. The customer is NEVER Right these days. Everything is done via email so you never get to talk to a real person so they don't have to have a conscience.

Tip for consumers:
Verify what the technical details are but best advice is don't buy from them

Worked here:
Does not adhere to it's mission statement.
Diversity is non-existent.
Shady practices used to obtain warehouse stock.
Cheaper parts are swapped out before shipping.
OSHA would have a field day with their facility.

Laptop began having issues. They referred me to mfg. Mfg told me the invoice description doesn't match the bar code on the box. Furious I called PConline but would disconnect the call each time I would call and explain the issue. Since I bought it with amazon. I called them, they were going to issue the refund. Multiple phone calls later I received excuses like they will refund my account then they can't refund because there is a 100% restocking fee. I have returned the Laptop and still have no refund even with a return authorization. No one is holding up there end of the deal. Beware of buying with this 3rd party on Amazon

I bought a Dell laptop from PConline365 but then a family member bought me one at the same time. I returned the unopened Dell laptop to PConline365. They were understanding and kind and I had my full refund within a week.

I ordered a Dell laptop, Inspiron 17 7000 that ultimately was upgraded by PCOnline360, via Amazon. It arrived dead right out of the box. Even after attempting to charge the laptop battery overnight, it still would not complete 30 seconds of an initial setup before dying again. I sent PCOnline 360 an email 2 days ago, but have yet to receive a response. I order this particular laptop because it came with the addition RAM and SSD hard drive capacity I was looking for. Also, the shipping time was much more attractive than Dell's build and ship time, even with less than desired RAM and SSD components. The laptop has been sent back to Amazon. I am still waiting for my refund and a word from PCOnline. After reading a couple other reviews concerning PCOnline, I am strongly considering buying directly from Dell and getting the correct upgrade components (RAM & SSD) and completing the upgrade myself. Not feeling very warm on purchasing from PCOnline again.

I bought a dell laptop sold as new unopened in February 2020. In July 2020 the hard drive crashed. Since it was still under manufacturer warranty I sent it to Dell to repair. Dell called me to tell me that the hard drive was NOT original. It had been replaced with a non-dell hard drive. I tried to contact PCOnline but no response. DO NOT BUY FROM PCONLINE365

I bought a computer from their Amazon store that was supposedly refurbished. When I decided to finally add the second hard drive a couple of months later, I opened it up to find that all the parts required for doing so were missing, and that the interior was covered with dust and debris, indicating that they never reconditioned it, or checked it at all. They had to either keep the parts themselves, or never checked to see if they were there to begin with. I tried dealing with CS to get a refund, but they claimed that they didn't have to give me my money back because the guarantee had elapsed, something that only applies if they had actually sold me a machine with all of it's parts included. And as if that weren't enough, a search of the BBB's website listed complaints saying that the positive reviews they have revived were due to them giving gift cards to those who would write one. As far as I can tell they are scammers, and I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them at all, especially a "refurbished" computer.

Tip for consumers:
Don't. They are dishonest and deceptive.

Purchased a new Lenovo Gaming laptop in July from Amazon seller, PCOnline. It immediately began to malfunction and would constantly restart in the middle of an activity, often not save work. I contacted seller numerous times to troubleshoot but the problem persisted. When I contacted Amazon in about they problem they sent me a return label and I returned the laptop to PCOnline. PCOnline claims, without any evidence, that I returned the wrong laptop and refused to refund my money. They also refused to return the laptop. I urged Amazon to intervene and ask the seller to refund my $1236 or return the computer but they sided with the seller, and refused to ask the seller for proof. As an Amazon shareholder and Prime Member I am beyond outraged that this hasn't been resolved and Amazon is completely ok with the seller keeping both the computer and my money, and I get nothing. Guard yourselves accordingly.

Company sells computers via Amazon and they are not smart enough to know the difference between an Active Pen and a regular stylus. When called out on this their response was, "oops, sorry, guess one of the other sellers changed the listing." They then refused to honor the original listing and seemed genuinely confused about what an Active Pen is.

Advertised for 128GB ram and 16TB SSD, received with only 64GB ram and 4TB SSD. Resolution was to offer me only a $100 credit or return. I am returning and will never ever do business with them again. Amazon should disassociate themselves from this supplier.
