It was pretty easy. The customer service was very helpful and quick. The quotes came over very quickly and clear.
I placed my original order on 05. 02. 18 for three phones. I waited 2.5 weeks with no word whatsoever from the company. I called on 05. 21. 18 and was informed that my order was canceled. This in itself was very frustrating as we were in immediate need for a phone for our new hire. I had to call multiple times to get a folio reflecting a refund, to which I was told that it was only voided.
On 05. 22. 18 I looked online and found that one item from my original order was still in stock--I called and was assured that it was in stock and that your company would expedite shipping. I was told I would get a tracking number that day as soon as the warehouse expedited the order, which did not happen.
I called again on 05. 23. 18 for the shipping details and a lady I spoke to said it was in processing and should be shipped that day and that she'd personally send it out to me, which again did not happen.
On 05. 24. 18 I received an email stating this order has again been canceled.
The whole experience with this company has been one giant headache. My advise is to always stick with Amazon.
The computer and everything that came in the box was amazing, but this is my concern... 1. I couldn't and still cant sign in even though I have changed my password 3 times, 2. When I ordered my product I asked for a monitor with the computer and the web site doesn't put it in the order even though it shows its a option on the site, 3. I had to call just to get my invoice emailed to me, when I clicked to be mailed, 4. When I decided to call customer service and explain to them of this (the 1st time I called it went amazing with getting my invoice emailed, and that was before I got my package) but the second time I called and told them I never received my monitor and she was very sweet in the beginning but then she tried telling me that their cheapest monitor was $74.99 (mind you I'm looking them up as she's telling me this and looking at one for $19.99, ON THEIR SITE!) Besides all that though, Everything came in great and working condition and I love the computer. So as you see these few things I think need fixed and this site would be a 5 star for me!

I ordered five rollers for a scanner. We received two of them immediately. The other three were on backorder. A month later, we still have not received the last three.

Good condition, laptop booted up fine with Win 10, however the delete and backspace keys do not work.
Will try to fix, I will likely be returning it by using 90 day warranty. It was disappointing, not sure if laptops are tested before they ship out.
Only one issue, I wanted three phones and you just had two, O well, not a big deal. Thanks. Update: They found another phone and called me so it could be added to the order. Good job! Put them in service today and they all worked fine at the get go.
