I had a great experience of purchasing a dell adapter from PCHub. The first time they shipped it to me via Post, it got lost by the Postal department. They immediately shipped me a second piece via Aramex Courier, which reached me quickly! Their email-responses were prompt and useful. And the product was received in a perfect condition. I would recommend you to buy without any hesitation.

All the other reviewers are right. Terrible customer service and horrible delivery service. Tracking info is useless with changes to the date almost on a daily basis. Reached out to their customer service and they said its free delivery so they don't track the shipment. It can take anywhere up to 60days! If I knew, I would have ordered from elsewhere. Purchase at your own aggravation!

All the other reviewers are right. Terrible customer service and horrible delivery service. Tracking info is useless with changes to the date almost on a daily basis. Reached out to their customer service and they said its free delivery so they don't track the shipment. It can take anywhere up to 60days! If I knew, I would have ordered from elsewhere.

I paid for my order through online transaction, and waited for my payment to be verified for 3 days, which should be less than a day since i paid it right away after i placed my order. They have a really bad customer service, that you dont know how to contact them, even if they say that you can contact them through messenger or their contact numbers. The only good thing about them is that they have good pricing compared to other stores.

This company is run and owned by one person, Dan
Dreadful person whose intention is to rip you off damaging your goods in the meantime
He is not competent and sells second passing off as new
I brought my PC there for a simple repair where he would only accept cash
He repaired it with a second part which failed in 24 hrs and he refused to make good
He uesd a second hand screen which did not fit my lap top He also overcharged in the process
Needless to say he caused a lot of damage
Do not go there

They replied emails only before we place order. After we've paid, they never reply my email anymore. Tried to call their office, but phone lines disconnected. They have created a courier chit but never send out the part and it has been almost a month. Hopefully they are not cheater company. Think twice before you place order with them.

There was no problem to contact the *******@PCHub, all questions were always answered with correct language, attitude, and knowledge of their fair-trade! Some very rare items, even with international markings you can find within their catalogues - this makes it a great place to have a first-hand look! I purchased some fans and 3 of the fans were wired correctly and 12 of them were not. The fans were also not new but could tell they had been reconditioned. I've sent multiple emails to *******@pchub.com as well as requested a return on their website and can't get them to respond.

I ordered New LCD Rear case for my laptop then I received mail from the customer care department to inform me that they found they have only last pieces of it, but It was scratched on it. They gave me three options: They would send out the scratched LCD casing in 24 hours once they have my confirmation or I may wait for 3 weeks, by that time, they would have new stock coming in or I may confirm to cancel my order. I chose to wait 3 weeks, after three weeks the company sent me an email to confirm they had new stock.
I received my order after 2 months due to Coronavirus crisis.

After I ordered they emailed and said they would email me I could log into your account with Pchub.com to:
1. Check the statues of your order.
2. Find the tracking number.
2. Print the upated proper invoice you / your company may need.
When I filled out any information fields they just revert to empty fields after choosing save. My M/C was charged immediately and No reply to me. I should have read the reviews on this company before using them. It's just that my part I needed was so hard to find anywhere else. Maybe they know that and list items, then make you contact Credit card company to get your money back. But in the mean time they invest the pool of money to make more. Then when the Credit Card Company request a return they return it from the pool. Avoid this company.

My product was lost in shipping and they sent another one free of charge, then there was a problem with what they sent and again they sent a new one just for the price of shipping.

Shipping took forever (more than 3 months to the Netherlands) and customer service changed the amount of time from days to working days at their convenience. They responded rudely.

I purchased a DVR power supply from them. It quit working a few months later. I reached out to their customer service and sales departments multiple times, but never received a response. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Hi all,

So I just needed to share my extremely bad and negative experience by purchasing from PCHub.com so that others will never have to experience what I had.

I was looking for a replace CPU fan for my Asus K401 laptop as it started to make weird noises while spinning. Tried to dust out the fan but it was still making noise. Went online to search for replacement and I saw exactly the same part number listed in PCHub.com and they stated that it is Original and New, hence I decided to go ahead and make the purchase. As I needed the replacement fan urgently, I opted for DHL Express shipping which I paid for as well.

The following are the expected processing and delivery duration:

PCHub.com Processing Time upon payment received: 1 to 3 working days
DHL Express Shipping Duration: 4-6 working days

However, I never expected that after paying for both the item and DHL express shipping, I received the worst after-sales customer service ever from PCHub.com! They have a office number listed on their website but calling that number is futile as it seems like that number is disconnected.

These are the timeline of events that transpired:

Aug 24,1.27pm: Purchase made and received system generated confirmation and purchase receipt.

Aug 27,3.33pm: Customer care of PCHub.com emailed me to inform me that the item I purchased, there's no more New condition one but they have Used condition one. I was provided with 2 options:

Option A: Accept the Used condition item and USD $7 will be refunded to me.
Option B: Cancel the order and they will make a full refund to me.

Aug 27,3.56pm: I replied to PCHub.com and inform then that I will accept Option A. Addtionally, I inform Customer care of PCHub.com that I need the item to be shipped out ASAP as it is a Friday already and on top of that, I need the item Urgently.

Aug 27,5.31pm: Customer care of PCHub.com replied and informed me that they receive my option and they will ship out my item within 2 days. I will receive my item in 5 days time from today.

Aug 27,7.14pm: Customer care of PCHub.com emailed me to inform that they have found a New fan for the item I ordered from another source. The item will be shipped out next Monday and will be shipped from Shenzhen to Hong Kong. From Hong Kong, DHL will take over to ship to Singapore.

Aug 27,7.25pm: I replied to Customer care of PCHub.com and thank them for the update. I also inform them to hurry and get the item packaged and ready for shipment. I re-iterate in bold words that I need the item urgently, otherwise I woudn't have choose DHL Express shipping option. I also highlighted to them that my item should be pick up by the courier in Shenzhen on early morning on Aug 30 at 8am.

Aug 28,4.49pm: Customer care of PCHub.com replied that they acknowledged and noted all my points made in my email reply on Aug 27,7.25pm.

Aug 30,7.12am: I emailed Customer care of PCHub.com to enquire if my item have been picked up by Shenzhen courier yet. If not yet, what is the scheduled time for pick up by the courier in Shenzhen.

Aug 30,5.11pm: Since no response from PCHub.com for 10 hours, I sent email again to Customer care of PCHub.com informing them that I have not received any updates and I need to know where exactly is my item now.

Aug 30,6.10pm: Customer care of PCHub.com finally responded and email me to inform me that my item is on the way and that is shipped out today.

Aug 30,9.30pm: I replied to Customer care of PCHub.com informing them that I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service I'm receiving and the lack of and slow response and updates of my order item. I included 3 very basic and specific questions that I need answer for:

1. What time did the courier in Shenzhen pick up my item for shipment to Hong Kong
2. What is the tracking number of my item from Shenzhen to Hong Kong
3. Where is the exact location of my item now

Aug 31,1.12pm: Customer care of PCHub.com replied and inform me that my item have just reached Hong Kong. They also inform that for the questions I raised, they are unable to response to me promptly. Additionally, there could be additional delays on the shipment as well. Since PCHub.com is unable to provide me with a satisfactory customer service, hence they have cancelled my order and made a full refund.

I need to highlight throughout all my email correspondence with PCHub.com, I have never typed any words in caps nor any of my emails tone were aggressive. All my emails words and tone to PCHub.com were professional.

I am utterly upset and disappointed with PCHub.com mainly for the following reasons:

1. As I have highlighted to PCHub.com about the urgent need of my item, they did not provide prompt updates and response to me especially on Aug 30 where they took 11 hours to update me.

2. My request to know where exactly is my item now from my email to Customer care of PCHub.com on Aug 30,5.11pm and the 3 very basic questions from my email to them on Aug 30,9.30pm, I am extremely disappointed that they could not provide me with precise answers to those basic questions. I am also surprised that after the courier in Shenzhen pick up the package en-route to Hong Kong, PCHub.com was not able to provide the tracking number. This means that if the package is lost during transit from Shenzhen to Hong Kong, PCHub.com will have no clue about it!

3. They went ahead to cancel my order without checking with me first if I want to cancel. This is extremely ridiculous and totally un-professional! What puzzles me is since the item had already arrived in Hong Kong, they should have continue its transit instead of "taking the initiative" to cancel it.

My overall experience with PCHub.com from this incident tells me that never ever to look at them ever again if I ever need any laptop parts. I implore anyone who read my above experience will steer clear of PCHub.com too.

I was only looking for a processor but they don't sell a processor without a motherboard bundle. I would have bought it but changed my mind when their quotation showed that there is a 500 pesos service fee.

Another two week without response and refund.
I got nothing for them so far. This Pchub.com should be remove to the market for protect the buyers. I will try to other way to get my money back.
Also update in weekly for everybody know the processing.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered IMAX 3D glasses, and they failed to work at all in an IMAX cinema. Demanded the product be returned at my expense to offer any credit. Plus, they charged me shipping for the original purchase when their order page clearly stated "Free Shipping." Their prices are low for a reason – their stuff doesn't work! RUN!

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They sell USED items but do not mention it next to the price, or anywhere visible on the page until you scroll down quite far to discover it written in small characters. This is not all, they give short dates but they are actually talking about "processing" time... which has nothing to do with the time it takes to come to you. It takes WEEKS. Do not expect a delivery in 3 to 5 days. Actually, when you look at the page, everything is made to mislead you. I fell in all their traps. Mind you, I thought I was buying from an american wholesaler... Then I discovered too late that they were based in Singapore. Singapore has not bad reputation, and I thought it was probably ok, but when the item came, it was from HONG KONG! So they are yet again one of those $#*! chinese companies hiding their real location to look legitimate. When I buy something online, I am not dissecting the website to find where I am going to be ripped off. These guys should not be allowed to trade out of their borders, this is not the way we do business over here. Now you have it: The best is to STAY AWAY FROM THEM!"

I needed a fan for an old laptop, and this was the only place where I found it in stock. I was weary of of buying it here due to some bad reviews and sketchy looking website, but had no other choice.
Turns out due to covid, there is no more free shipping, so I had to pay 20 euros for shipping, but they only email you this information after you have already paid for the product. It took about 6 weeks to arrive since the moment I placed the initial order, the laptop fan works great, looks new, and if it was used at least it was cleaned perfectly.

Tip for consumers:
There is a shipping fee that is only asked for after you pay for the product

I have an ASUS gaming laptop and the fan went bad. The repair shop advised me that all of their suppliers had the fan on back order, but this place had a used one at a considerable price savings.

Didn't really want to do it, but I didn't have a choice. They told me that I had to order it myself. I was skeptical, the place is in Singapore. I placed the order and it was at my door within a week. I could not tell that the fan was used.

This place has all sorts of computer parts and accessories. I can safely recommend them.
