I ordered New LCD Rear case for my laptop then I received mail from the customer care department to inform me that they found they have only last pieces of it, but It was scratched on it. They gave me three options: They would send out the scratched LCD casing in 24 hours once they have my confirmation or I may wait for 3 weeks, by that time, they would have new stock coming in or I may confirm to cancel my order. I chose to wait 3 weeks, after three weeks the company sent me an email to confirm they had new stock.
I received my order after 2 months due to Coronavirus crisis.
