Ordered and paid for an item on 02/04/2020, received a tracking number by 04/04/2020 and then nothing. They didn't dispatched the item for two weeks. I've contacted them after a week to inquire where the item is and why its not moving and they blamed the postal service. Contacted the postal services who launched their own investigation. Item was finally dispatched and scanned at the facility on 19/04/2020. Item was delivered on 21/04/2020. Clearly, the post office was working fast and delivered within the specified times. Be careful when you use this company, they would rather blame everyone else than tell you the truth.
Bought 3 hard drives and then some network cables. Took a week to send the drives and when 1 didn't work, had to send it back and was treated as stupid for not knowing their return system. Finally after a month, I had what I had paid for. The cables, paid for star track overnight shipping. Still had not sent it after 3 days so got a refund.
They will not take calls to help customers under ANY circumstances, only send one email a day, so even the most basic questions can take 2 or 3 days to answer. And they are still blaming COVID for every problem they have 3 weeks after everyone else in Melbourne has returned to normal trading. They have also taken down their store and reviews from Google and replaced it with what must be their warehouse and started their reviews afresh because of this. This last one may not have been deliberate, but seems very odd from a business who should know exactly how these things work.
Stay away. If you're going to shop with PC Case Gear, you might as well go to Amazon or whoever else is cheapest online because that is all they are now. An online retailer who spends more on avoiding any kind of contact than on services for customers. Very sad to see from a company who used to be a real store interested in helping people.
PC CASE GEAR, is a $#*! show over COVID. I bought a new GPU that black screened my pc, and every time I had a high GPU moment it would kick me from my game, now this isn't their problem this happens. What is there problem is that I sent it away after 4 days of use, they couldn't replicate the issue and that its now 2 months and they aren't sending it back for me to provide proof that it doesn't work =( I cant pick up a phone and talk to them about it(COVID) I cant send them an email because the email on my account are different. I cant do anything and its the most frustrating thing ever.
This is the website that I tell people to buy there pc's from, now I say stay the hell away from this site, they are just the worst to deal with over email chains, 1 email a day from them.

Please don't buy from these guys, every site online is the same product it comes down to the customer service and this just isn't on.
The Staff are Rude and Unprofessional Constantly getting damaged goods on arrival and they are very misleading and take youre money and constantly delay in giving you the product and now they have been Blacklisted by the NDIS so NDIS participants beware you cannot use NDIS Funds for this buisness
Required after purchase support and the customer service was excellent. Issue was resolved within an hour. Excellent work.
