Basically stole 5000$ for 2 years because there is apparently an account with negative 150$ in my name; They wouldn't allow me to just cover it with an account balance; they demand I send them a USD check; WTF is the logic of that; just take the money from the account and pay it.

No compassion whatsoever

I have never used my PayPal card and I have had it for about 6 to 9 months. I am the assistant manager at a truck stop and one of my employees lost his paycard. He also has a PayPal card and seen me on his list of who he knows that has one. So he asked if he could send me the money and I get it off my card. His paycard gave him a virtual card to use until his replacement card gets here. He needed cashmoney to pay a bill so I agreed. Now PayPal has basically closed my account and said that I didn't use the card in ways that they approved of. I'm very disturbed by this allegation. The business I am in, we take numerous courses on how to avoid scams and money laundering issues but yet, basically this is what I am being accused of. We take those types of things seriously and report to police departmenta when it happens. All because I chose to help one of my employees, I am basically being accused of the such behavior... In my opinion, PayPal has a very poor judgment and I hope anyone that uses their card, doesn't deal with this type of problem, in the future.

PAYPAL was an awful experience for me. They froze my account for buying curtains on eBay. Oh please! Nobody knew why and they are keeping my money and nobody knows why.

My team and I worked on the app for about 5 days and communicated with the seller when we realized the app did not work as described.

We initiated a refund on January 30,2016. The seller refused the 14-day money back guarantee advertised.

After notifying PayPal and Capital One, both parties suggested we talk to seller and we did. PayPal opened a claim, Capital One held my money from the seller, and sent a formal letter indicating the seller has to respond within a matter time, if not the case would close and the refund would withstand. However, on March 24,2016, I realized that PayPal closed the disputed case (PP-004-610-017-807) without notifying me. I called PayPal 3 times and abruptly the phone disconnected as I held each time for a representative.

I am highly disappointed that PayPal acted in favor of the seller and not the customer. I have been with PayPal for 7 years now and have acted responsibly and ethically by their standards.

I adhered to the Chupamobile LTD refund policy, I reacted professionally and reasonably. If Chupamobile LTD does not want to adhere to their refund policy of 14-day money back guarantee it should be removed from their site. I am ashamed that PayPal would favor on the side of seller that does not adhere to their own policies. I now have to determine whether my money is safe with Pay Pal.

Been with Paypal and eBay over 10 years with several accounts. Something changed after they split. Maybe had 1 problem with them in the 10 years. This month (as of 10/20/15) I've had 2 in the same day. They accepted unallowable returns on behalf of my eBay store. They did NOT read my side. Both buyers stated to PP "item not as described". BUT both buys told me "it just didn't work out". Their wordings seemed too exact. So I went back to their id's. Both buyers live near each other in the DC area. Seemed odd again. And both had fairly new accounts (which always scares me). I think our store got scammed and Paypal helped with the damage. I appealed the case; still waiting. I also had to file a Better Business Bureau claim, which they approved and forwarded within an hour. You can be slapped with a chargeback 180 days after your item sold. We sell authenticate luxury shoes. We cannot take returns due to potential fake replacements. So we've closed the store and trying to figure out our next step.

It's unfortunate to say, but. Pay Pal is no longer credible for me as a Business owner. They do not offer Seller Protection in the event someone lies and reports an unauthorized transaction. Without properly notifying me, they debuted my money from my account. Mind you, they are the ones who confirm each time a payment is made via email. They should've been able to trace where the Transaction was made. Instead they favored the buyer; after seeing that... agreed to the Terms and Conditions in writing and via Pay Pal Invoice. Everything was in black and white. So where did my money go? Why would Pay Pal Not Protect my money? It's not ethical nor does it make me feel they have my best interest at heart. They shut down and refused to reply at one point to my emails. I am glad this happened, my eyes are wide open. I did the credible thing in providing a quality service. Both Pay Pal and the Buyer were wrong; they will reap what they sowed. This was Fraud, the buyer made the payment, and paid the balance. She only asked for the Deposit as a Chargeback. You do the Math. It is what it is. God sees and knows everything. I'm at peace and have learned, Pay Pal has no authority over Seller Protection when the buyers Bank makes the Final say! I'm verifying, they sent it in writing, we regret we cannot protect you from Chargebacks. Why do Business with Pay Pal if they can't cover me.

Paypal and Satan are very similar. They both act like they want to help you succeed, but, then chose to undermine you to forward their own selfish interest. I sold some medical equipment to someone, they insisted on using Paypal. I had closed my Paypal (and Ebay account) account because of their incestual relationship they had with Ebay, and their preoccupation with siding with the decision of it's kissing cousin. The buyer of the goods didn't want to transfer the money using cheaper methods (hell, Western Union is cheaper), and convinced me with (like one of the Luminadi convinced JayZ to be Warren Buffets biatch and wear that damn white waiter coat and railroad porter bowtie) assurances that Paypal was better. Then, Paypal freezes the money he sent me, is blackmailing me to either: get a Paypal credit card or hook its tenacles up to my bank account (or sell my soul). I refuse, so they money will sit there for up to 21-days! Darth Paypal!

I have the worst luck with Paypal and I hate their company policy. The invoice feature is PURE scam, why? If you send an invoice on services, the paypal will make their fee. They will not release your funds until 21days. IT states send w tracking. Sent w Tracking, the customer received and USPS priority tracking shows delivered in 2days. Paypal promised to release funds within 1 day of proof of delivery. WAIT, there is a catch. Paypal WILL NOT RELEASE FUNDS. Customer do not want to sign up to paypal, bc they dont want paypal acct. PAYPAL will not release your funds after tracking if your customer do not to sign up an acct. PAYPAL resolution is, too bad seller, we hold your money for 21days. THIS IS AN INVOICE SCAM, Bait and switch. I hate paypal, I refuse to use it. Any seller using paypal, please get a regular Merchant Service account. No holds everyone happy.

I use Paypal quite a bit, have rarely filed a claim, but did so two weeks ago. Fedex claimed that a package was delivered to me, on 8/18 at 1:15pm. They also claim that the same package was delivered to me on 8/18 at 5:51 pm! There was no package. We looked everywhere, checked with the neighbors, etc. I filed a claim with Paypal, the claim was eventually denied because Fedex had "proof" of delivery. If you track the package and click on "proof of delivery" you see a page that basically says, "Yeah, we delivered it, yes indeedy doody!" No photo, no signature, just a "delivered" status entered by a Fedex driver. Well guess what? Fedex drivers will mark packages as "delivered" or "out for delivery" before they even are, to "save time". Some drivers deliver to the wrong address, and some will STEAL packages and mark them "delivered". Given my lack of filing claims with Paypal, and given the small amount that I was asking for in this instance ($70) I don't understand why Paypal didn't side with me. I was home when the alleged delivery was made, I went to our door just minutes after the alleged delivery at 1:15pm, there was no package. Hey - maybe Paypal uses Fedex for all of its shipping needs so they scratch each other's backs! Chances are, Paypal is SWAMPED with claims against Fedex (even Amazon dropped it because of how overall lousy it is) so this is Paypal's way of cutting losses - even when a refund to the customer is JUSTIFIED.

NEVER AGAIN! EVER!

They only receive ONE star because I wanted to write a review. This is the 3rd week I've been trying to delete my account, and it STILL hasn't happened yet. From putting in requests with Tech Support, to Supervisors, to Updates, today it was check with Venmo, and it still is NOT CLOSED! I WILL NEVER OPEN/USE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AGAIN! EVER! I was scammed and NO thanks to PayPal, I didn't even get help with that. CSR are a joke and all they do is LIE AND MAKE EXCUSES! So, use this app if you want, but when you're done, you won't be able to close it because THEY won't close it, they will only 'LOCK' it. It's BULLCRAP AND IM SICK OF THEM! CONSIDER YOURSELVES WARNED! 3 WEEKS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!

My account a created for a charity got hacked and all the monies colleted stolen. Details:

Bank - CITIBANK N A x-7192

Transaction id - 6RM*******N*******G

I got zero protection from PayPal, a platform I picked because I thought it was secure. The money is gone and we had to stop the charity as thet account is now compromised. Don't use PayPal, their promise of protection is a joke

It is getting worse and they ARE scaming people out of money andvgetting refunds from othet scams they participate in for their own profit
