Terrible service. I have been trying to deal with a missing payment for over 2 months
I'm not sure if this is the company or just the agent who deserves this one star rating... but I ordered from a company who didn't include my apartment number when shipping my package so it was never delivered to me. It was confirmed by FedEx. After no success with the company in regards to my refund, I decided to contact PayPal, whom I paid the company through them. I specifically said on the complaint that the shipper did not include my apartment number... well, I got a response email back from PayPal that said they were siding with the shipper because they were able to provide a tracking number... I never said the company didn't ship the product, I said they didn't include my apartment number and the product was never delivered to me! So i lost my money and didnt get merchandise. After believing the lie the shipper told them, the agent never contacted me, my claim was closed and once a decision is made, its over... you cant appeal it to paypal. PayPal/agent doesn't really seem to do a thorough investigation and seems to side with the shipper! If they had, I firmly believe that I would have gotten my refund. Needless to say, I deleted my PayPal account!
I love Inbox Dollars. I play games, do surveys and complete offers all for money and I can choose from store gift cards or money to be sent to my paypal.
PayPal invites and supports fraudulent charges by not responding and giving the run-around and never addressing the issue.
Impossible to connect with customer service.
I have been using PayPal for over three and a half years to this date, I have been limited two times but nothing else. If you are using PayPal JUST for Ebay alone, I would highly recommend using it, but if you are a direct seller using PayPal for your website maybe for Membership upgrade or something such as that, you might want to avoid using PayPal. Due to the fact that you can not provide proof if you get limited or they want more information about your transactions, because you are selling "services" or such.
PayPal always side with the scammers no matter how much proof you send them. The work company. They want you to belive that they will protect your purchase but they really don't.
They paid a Shopify company for an item I did not receive. They said the tracking showed it as delivered. Not so. I believe they sent an item worth a buck instead of my $89.00 order.
I use to use PayPal till they changed now they steal your money, an give double talk to make it sound like their in the right.

I have PayPal app and I have used PayPal's pay in 4 payments a few times. And today I booked a important flight and decided to use my pay in 4 to book my flight and everything was going great until I realized it was taking longer than usual for me to receive an email confirmation with my itinerary number for my flight, so I go check my checking account online and for some reason PayPal pulled 2 payments instead of 1 from my account and then right after that I get an email saying that my flight was pending because of payment.
I open a claim because I never received the item. PayPal told me it was delivered but the tracking number didn't say that so they closed my claim. I called PayPal and I asked for the tracking number about the delivery but PayPal won't give it to me
So now they closed my claim. I GOT RIPPED OFF BY PAYPAL.
Unbelievable! Do not do business with this company I have for over 16 years and just now they are holding $48.71 of my money for 21 days, I have called 4 times and spoke to a supervisor and they will NOT release and actually have no reason Except it is a security measure. IT IS MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE IT!
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic I was laid off and had to start selling my writing to bring in income, well they wanted me to verify my account which I did multiple time before. They claimed it was suspicious activity, well when I explained what it was and uploaded my paper state ID I receive until the new one arrived they said they don't accept state paper ID's. With the pandemic going on there is no telling when I will receive my state ID. So now the money I have earned to pay my bills is on hold and I can't withdraw it because they won't accept paper ID's which is outrageous since the State Paper ID's act as our ID's until we receive them in the mail. Paypal has to do better, and I have never been so livid before. Once I get my $70 out of paypal, I am closing my account down for good. It's crazy that I have to go through this, and I am sure I am not the only one.
Be warned - paypal closes their customers accounts and keeps their balance. It happened to us and calling them didn't get us anywhere. Paypal treated us like we were nothing. Stay away from paypal.
I had a Co put in a payment on May 27,2016. But PayPal Stop it from taking the money out of My bank 5 days latter I check my bank to see if it was taken out it was NOT
I called PayPal an one lady said to me after she put me on hold for a long time.
There computers was down an Master card was down. An told me to call the Co an have them put it in again. I called the Co an was told the payment was on hold to PayPal refuses it. I called PayPal back an this time I was it was refused because My new card reactivated the Co asked for the payment May 27,2016 My old card was good to June 2016. My new card had the very Numbers just expiration date I had to call the Co back He put the new date in an sent it back PayPal its 4 days latter an PayPal said they do not have anything from the Co yet I am getting sick of calling PayPal an waiting a long time to pick up the phone An then get transferred an wait a long time to get someone again

I had only one dealing with Pay Pal. I received $100.00 from a customer through them and when i went to retrieve it it was not there. I notified Pay Pal and they never got back to me.
Paypal was my favorite payment processing company ever but believe me today is the worst enemy I have. I signup for trial https://www.signalskyline.com for forex signal. After my trial period expired I cancelled my account with Signal Skyline a month later The money was deducted in my account by paypal claiming that I subscribe for recurring payment. I didn't deny but my worry was the seller claim that they didnt received money that is why I will not get any products... When I go to paypal they answer that I have bought the signals that I didn't received the worst case was the statement issued by their employee citing that I'm dealing with an African you know they don't comprehend anything they similar to Muslims... I drop the case. I have case number and mail transaction of all communications. I end the relationship with paypal and also removed it as payment processor of afroshub as well.

We have been selling items with eBay and using PayPal for many years and this is the first experience with this happening. We had a return open with a buyer on eBay, we offer a 30 day return policy and honor it, 45 or so days after the buyer received the item. We and eBay closed the return, because of the 30 day policy. The buyer opened a claim with PayPal and we did not receive or see notice of the claim. PayPal gives buyer 100+ days to file a claim. We received a few days to review the claim and reply. Well, we did not see it until after the deadline. PayPal refunded the buyer $379.98 and did not have the buyer send us back the item. We did not receive a refund for the PayPal fees associated with this case. There is an "appeal the outcome" of this case within the closed case, but the only options are, "The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof of the previous refund" and "The item was returned but was not in the same condition as it was sent". We have contacted PayPal via phone and they state that we did not respond to the case when it was open so it was closed in their favor. They say that if we had responded the case would have been closed in our favor.
I CAN'T SHOUT THIS LOUD ENOUGH... DO NOT TRUST OR USE PAY PAL! THEY KNOWINGLY ALLOW FRAUDULENT SITES TO CHARGE YOU AND DO NOTHING! NO REFUNDS, NO STOPPING THE SITE... NOTHING! MANY PEOPLE HAD WRITTEN ABOUT THIS FRAUD SITE AND PAY PAL DIDN'T CARE!

I have been using paypal since ebay purchased them(about 10 years). Over the years I have heard many complaints. I have given advice to many(keep funds in the account, don't do anything to appear shady). All of this advice worked well until last month, paypal froze up my own account. It was very frustrating, but I got it cleared up in 7 days. Here are a few things that I learned.
Paypal has one of the smartest computer systems in the world, designed to spot fraud. If your volume has a dramatic increase, you take excessive cash withdraws, possibly sell fakes, cannot prove where you you got your product. Or you were not honest when you signed up for the account, then you can plan on paypal freezeing up your account.(even if you are Verified, and have used their service for 10 years) Paypal will require proof of who you are(ID and credit check, and a credit card), proof of where your product came from(manufacturers invoice) proof of the location of you, and your product(utility bills, deed, lease etc.) Paypal WILL hold your funds until you provide all of this info. At first I was mad, but ultimately this policy protects paypal, and runs off fraudlent sellers. My only complaint is I wished that I knew all of this info ahead of time, I run a "legitimate" business therefore I was back up in 7 days, if I would have known the rules I would have already provided the info. By the way if(when) this happens, paypal will investigate every item that you send them, and from what I understand when this happens, you are safe from it happening again.
I opened an account with PayPal but never used it but when I needed to use it they never gave me trouble
And they kept me informed through emails if they were changes in their policies, so I recommend it to others

I bought an item that was totally wrong, advertised as "handmade, hand quilted, made of brushed Kona cotton", picture was beautiful with wonderful quilting and vibrant colors and I was buying from a company from Texas. I received an item from Texas, not handmade, not hand quilted, not vibrant colors, not brushed cotton and it was just a picture printed on cheap polyester/nylon fabric. Hideous. I paid $99.90. Company first offered to refund $30, nope, still way too expensive for a cheap quilt that I wouldn't even use for my pets. Then said if I return the "quilt" to China at my expense they would refund the money. Cost to return? $70. Paypal agreed with this company, denied my claim and I'm sitting here with something I would feel cheated if I paid $10. Paypal is not the company it once was. Use your credit card as that company will have your back. Looking to see what a better option is than Paypal. 20 year customer and I'm done. I do not think anyone actually reads our messages to Paypal.

Answer: USPS delievered it to the wrong address my pacakge was supposed to be delievered too 35710 Bay Morgan Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028 when USPS delivered it to an address simillar to this one 12354 Alcatal Street (do not know the exact address since they did not email me, but you can call USPS and ask, and that is how I found out) Fallbrook, CA 92028, right city and zip code, far away address.
Answer: I'm thinking someone has to work there, if you send messages you will get a canned reply, I get the same response from 10 messages, basically "suck it up buttercup, you have just been played" but if you try to actually talk to a person good luck.
Answer: They dont. They wait for you to forget it. You get money back if you fill in a form after 180 days.

Answer: SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THAT LOT, THEY CLAIM TO REFUND AMOUNTS PAID FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT ARRIVE THATS "BS" I HAVE HAD 3 SUCH CLAIMS FROM 14 TRANSACTIONS AND HAVE NEVER GOT A REFUND DESPITE THEIR CLAIMS, THEY ARE CROOKS, FULL STOP, KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THEM.
