It is very difficult to get customer service and when you are finally able to reach them, their service is really rude and unprofessional. Avoid using PayPal because if you have an issue it's horrible to find help.

They further this claim with "backed by Paypal guarantee". To your dismay, after you check out, you find that the item is not shipping from the U.S., but from China. After over a month to get to your doorstep, much longer than the stated shipping time, the items are defective. You ask for the money back guarantee, only to be told you must pay for the return shipping, which is more than half the product cost. To add insult to injury, reviewers are stating that even after they sent the product back, the seller then said that they could not refund items that were 'not in their original condition' (i. E., opened), even though it would be impossible to test the item without opening the box. Nothing. Several people via their message system gave as many different answers regarding requisition a check. First it was just go to PayPal's web site (duh! I was there messaging them.) Then it was i must link a credit card. Then it was i must link a bank account. And to add to the crazy rhetoric of this India call center? The replies were in broken english and often difficult to understand!

PayPal is no longer interested in having me as a customer. I had to replace my card due to fraud. There was no way they Would allow me to do this. They are so focused on selling their own PayPal card that they can't deal with anything else. They played mind games with me for two days through their message centers which they falsely claim as customer service. All of them selling PayPal card which I don't want. When you call the customer service, they are closed. IF you can get on the chat, they are not accepting any. Just want my refund back. Ughhhh
I've had the worst experience so far after using PayPal for years I'm never using it ever ever again! I got over charged that made my account balance go to the negatives which is not the problem the problem is that PayPal charged my bank insufficient funds 200x making my bank get overdrafted to -3000 and then COVID-19 took place and I've been unable to reach them for 2 MONTHS! They are no where to be seen, my bank is completely frozen and I cannot receive money from my job it's a disaster a whole $#*! show! Stay away! Get a visa debit card.
I placed 2 orders 1 one them completely disappeared & I can't get reimbursed without the transaction number that disappeared along with everything else on that purchase, the other one i placed and seller won't respond PayPal says they see it and to file a dispute which i can't because it won't put up on my end so I can't select that option cause it doesn't show, I have almost $60 worth of purchases and can't get reimbursed, im never using PayPal again, thats it, never experienced this in the past but I've had enough.

I will commonly sell things on a clothing site called grailed, however even though this is the only place I sell items every time I make a sale PayPal freezes my account for suspicious activity' even though it's the only place there is ever a transaction from. Now after multiple phone calls and sending them everything but my social insurance number they still will not give me access to my money (around $1000. 00 USD) so fed up with this company and now they don't even have an active phone line. WHAT A JOKE

So ive had two recent purchases where I've purchased an item, using PayPal, and received something not even close. Once I purchased a speaker and received a pair of cheap sunglasses. The other a small animal cage and received a plastic whistle. Both time I had multiple pictures and documents to back the false seller, sent it to PayPal. After a long amount of time, the seller said they'd refund it if I sent the items back to an address in China, both shipped from the states. PayPal did nothing. They told me I had to pay to ship them to China in order to get a refund. 2hy would they not make the seller provide a return label?
I like everything but when it comes to contacting customer support for any issue they are bots and the support people are in India and don't know anything beside parroting the script in front of them which is closest to the question or issue that you are having and nothing else beside that. They will not flip the ticket to higher level support even when requested, they parrot that same answer that they assume is the fix even though it was tried or not the proper fix for the issue.
My issue was that paypal without letting me know switched automatic payments to use balance first some where late last year or early this year. By them doing this I got blindsided by paying for local goods in local prices with the foreign currency balance. What sort of business is this?
PayPal will receive your money without any problems. Then will charge a big fee.

I bought an item that was totally wrong, advertised as "handmade, hand quilted, made of brushed Kona cotton", picture was beautiful with wonderful quilting and vibrant colors and I was buying from a company from Texas. I received an item from Texas, not handmade, not hand quilted, not vibrant colors, not brushed cotton and it was just a picture printed on cheap polyester/nylon fabric. Hideous. I paid $99.90. Company first offered to refund $30, nope, still way too expensive for a cheap quilt that I wouldn't even use for my pets. Then said if I return the "quilt" to China at my expense they would refund the money. Cost to return? $70. Paypal agreed with this company, denied my claim and I'm sitting here with something I would feel cheated if I paid $10. Paypal is not the company it once was. Use your credit card as that company will have your back. Looking to see what a better option is than Paypal. 20 year customer and I'm done. I do not think anyone actually reads our messages to Paypal.

Answer: USPS delievered it to the wrong address my pacakge was supposed to be delievered too 35710 Bay Morgan Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028 when USPS delivered it to an address simillar to this one 12354 Alcatal Street (do not know the exact address since they did not email me, but you can call USPS and ask, and that is how I found out) Fallbrook, CA 92028, right city and zip code, far away address.
