The time will be wasted till I explain from the beginning and the new call center checks all the info, too. If they can not solve the issue in one day, I appreciate it that they tell us how long we have to really wait. Telling us the fake waiting time, make us nervous.

Payoneer has the best available support staff. Yeah well I agree that they do not reply by email but you gotta call them and your issue will be resolved within 5 minutes. You can find many of their landline numbers on their website. I loved the service. It was professional.

Their customer service is a joke often takes 3 weeks for a reply and they only send generic cut and paste replies and dont even read previous emails, online chat you can wait 3 hours to talk to someone and when you get to next in line a message appears saying 'sorry, we are busy, too bad' and drops you from the queue... this company hides the fact they charge you $25 USD for activating your card, the website links mostly all lead to 404 errors, what kind of shonky company has lots of their links going to 404's... no matter what you do, do not use Payoneer.com for anything... its a joke and one huge scam!
