In early 2018, the credit card is no longer working on local ATMs.
In early May 2018, we were imposed to change the credit card with no way to forward to remaining balance to the new card. The deadline to use the balance was the 31th May 2018 while the card was supposed to last until Mars 2019.

One advice is try and reduce the cash withdrawal commission as it is too high
Never have an issue with payoneer procedures and it's been over 3 years already and every time that I called the reps help me the best way they can.

I had an Issue with the card order and it was solved by the professional at customer service:
I did not receive the card and I couldn't change the address of the delivery of the company and that was solved by exchanging additional documents by e-mail.
The only thing is that waiting on the line was a bit long, when I called second time to make sure that all my docs have been received and approved (as we agreed that this can be confirmed over the phone).
